Food is great as always. The atmosphere is very inviting but sometimes service isn't the best. Sitting can take a bit and although I understand there's times when they are understaffed; they just prefer not to open up some sitting areas rather than accommodate customers.
Me and my wife dine out very regularly at different locations and get a mixed bag when it comes to the quality of the service and food. However, our recent visit to the Chili's restaurant in Las Cruces, NM, on March 29th, was by far one of the very best dining experiences that we have ever had! We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered and were promptly seated.Our food orders arrived in a short time and were cooked to perfection.Our server, Madi, was very attentive and professional, as were the rest of the staff. Their attention to detail and outstanding service is a credit to the awesome training by the management team of Valerie and Maria. Each one of them came by to check on us and to see if everything was to our satisfaction and did this for every customer in the restaurant. They opened the doors for us and thanked us when we were leaving and invited us to return soon.It is our opinion that Valerie and Maria are the reason for the happy workplace and success of this Chili's restaurant.We highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys a totally enjoyable dining experience.Sincerely, Robert and Maria Kautz.

We went in for 49th anniversary marg, the cup for 49 yrs was such a disappointment, yeah I know it was free. Now dinner it says on the meno no pink for hamburgers, not true, it was pink. Now my fajitas was steak and chicken, my steak was sliced had to send back. they have very small portions of tomatoes, avocado wasn't smashed, couldn't separate it easily, also boat holding the condiments was too slim, also raised at the ends up so there wasn't enough. Extremely disappointing dinner
Very old building! Bar is so tiny and old. Bartender was very very nice. But we only had one beer cause it just wasn't inviting and their prices are like a steak house!!!! It figures why the place was empty only 4 people in the whole place. No thank you!
