Chilitos Restaurant and Cantina

After we was seated it took 30 minutes for our server too acknowledge we was here with no chips and no drinks, I still tip the server, do too improper training too the staff , food was good , but service was not ! Took another 20 min too get chips , dont know what the problem was , had only 10 tables in the whole restaurant! With 6 employee's that wr seen

Nice place, we got sick after eating here so idk and our server was a young lady with a bad attitude

The last couple of times we have gone to Chilitos, they were out of food, I.e., bacon and shredded beef.

The chips were hard unfortunately. And the rice had crunchy parts, like it was the bottom of a large dish type of texture.I did ask for water so that we didn't feel the desire to drink our drinks before the meal, since we didn't receive those waters, I ended up paying for two drinks per person, which was a bummer.

I always thought the food was decent and the service good. My last visit was an exception, a large group arrived ahead of us. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food, we finished our chips and requested a refill , given the long wait. We were told we would have to pay for extra chips not good, in addition there’s an added 3 pecent charge when using your credit card. Seems their objective is to extract the maximum dollars from their customers, not a good look and a major turn off. I have not been back.

Fajita salad a total disappointment barely had meat a few pieces of hard meat... guacamole was darkish didn't look fresh, a little pieces of tortilla chips and oh yes a ton of lettuce.... service is barely average and the best part the restaurant was set up and music 🎶 and & all quite disappointing.

The food is good but very bad service. Our server never came around to refill our drinks and passed by us at least 7 times before I just flagged her down and asked for refills. Also we waited about 10 minutes before she brought me our check after I asked for it. I don't agree with their so called convince fee of 3%. What the hell is that all about. I don't care what people say or think but I did not leave a tip at all. So go ahead and post bad about me. But the service sucked so bad I was not about to pay more than my bill with an unnecessary charge and shitty service.

Taco Tuesday…ordered a dozen tacos for $21 and then they charged me extra $5 for extra salsa. Staff was rude and I will never go back again.

Food was ok, wait was long, ate the chips and drained our drinks. It was explained a large group was ahead f us. Asked for another basket of chips given the long wait and informed only if we paid for them. When I got the bill there was a 3% nonsense fee for daring to use a credit card. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Really nice place... atmosphere was welcoming, I like the music playing. Service was fast and friendly. Great food... I recommend it 💜

Meat inside chimichangas have no flavor. Chicken salad was a complete disappointment, The salad is spinach, not lettuce and a lot of cheese tossed with it.
They, placed the hot chicken on top, it cooked the spinach and melted the cheese. Instead of fresh salad, you end up with chicken over cooked spinach and melted cheese... I do not recommend and will not return.

Love ❤️ love their food!
My husband enjoys the chicken tacos, and I love the combination plate (chile relleno, beef taco, and enchilada) with beans and rice.
Last week, I was offered if I wanted the Christmas sauce (green and red) on the enchilada 😋......so festive!

Parking: We went during Halloween, and the employees displayed their painted pumpkins on a table entering the restaurant, and customers had the opportunity to vote for the best pumpkin! We wonder who won the most votes and what the prize was.
This showed us, as customers, that the owner(s)/management value their employees' creativity and involvement in their business, which boosts their employees' 👏 morale, resulting in positive productivity!
We are returning because the staff is friendly and courteous!
