I went today 01/24/2026 for a pick up order and they forgot to add the meat in the plate they only added the veggies , rice and the beans but forgot about the chicken. I was at my lunch break and I could go and talk to the associates.

My friend and I went to Chipotle on Friday night, 01/23/2026 at 8:50pm to be exact. While ordering, we were told by a young lady working the bowl area for walk-ins that there was no lettuce left for the night. My friend pointed out that there was lettuce being used for online orders and asked if she could have some. The employee replied, “That’s only for people who already paid”. Mind you, we were paying customers as well, so that comment didn’t make sense. About five minutes later, we saw her pull out lettuce and continue serving it to walk ins. Overall, the interaction felt rude and the customer service was disappointing. To top it off, my friend went to ask for more lettuce and the same young lady shoved it in a a small cup for salsa and just slid it to my friend. Even though she was rude, my friend validated her and told her to not be so rude. Please train employees to have common respect.

Waited in line just to be told they were out of chicken and would be 20 minutes. I said fine they said I had to go through line again in 20 minutes. I said I would rather pay for it and wait. Kid said you need to go through line again. Mind you it was lunch time and had to park far to get to restaurant due to lack of parking. I left

The short lady who I’m assuming is the manager is rude and I waited for 20 minutes for my order. I never eat here for a reason.

This place is one of the worst locations I think you can go to, workers drag their feet and the line will make it out the door, they’ll shrug their shoulders and just say they’re out of everything and to order something else - waited 35 min and finally get my turn to be get a laugh and told “we’re out of chicken and steak you’ll have to sit and wait” which I do for 15 min then they finally bring it out and I get back in line for ANOTHER 15 min and then it’s my turn again, worker laughs and says “sorry bro we’re all out again” seriously?! How about you take care of the people you told to sit and wait! All you did was push me back to the back of the line again so you could serve the new people and be out again, drive all the way from Holloman AFB and it’ll be the last time - place is TRASH

All employees look so tired. Food had good seasoning though server had patience since I wasn't too sure what I was in the mood for.

The Servers today were about as nice as the stores DIRTY WINDOWS.....they haven't been cleaned since last time i was here....HOW NASTY.....windows everywhere ....and every one of them look like they haven't been cleaned in LONG LONG time.....just sayin'....if you cant keep your windows clean, then shut the DOORS.........imagine how bad the sanitation is behind the counter.....health department needs to do their job and SHUT this place down b4 they really make someone VERY SICK.....was here several months back.....they were NASTY DIRTY back then.....either make employees clean them....or contract it out....how NASTY.....

Got some pretty bad food poisoning from eating the chicken burrito. Be careful ordering.

Maybe I just got a bad one but straight up chills and sharp stomach pain the next morning. Nauseated too.

I ordered a bowl with barbacoa but there was little to no meat whatsoever. They stuffed it with rice and little bit of beans. If they were low on meat or beans why didn't they say something. I would have asked for something different or asked for a refund. Paying 15 bucks for just rice is a rip off.

Zero consistency, they do not properly stock the bins with ingredients, more times than not they are out of things like the pepper/onion fajita mix. And more times than not the service is cold. I have been to numerous Chipotle's, this property could be so much better if they were better prepared. There is no reason to be out of items, it is obvious when items are running low. This is seems to be a popular stop, which means usually there is a line. The line moves far too slow at this site.
