Did not get my chips and was going to ignore it and be with fine with it until I found a hair in my bowl. Wasted a lot of money on my order for me not to be able to eat it.

We ordered the brisket which was in cubes hard as a rock beans were dry also more rice than the rest of the food. My husband ordered the same with chicken only few strands of chicken mostly rice. I had to think if I ordered from a Chinese restaurant. We saw your commercial the food look scrumptious you definitely don’t live up it. Being you served more than rice are you rationing out to food to last you till you close. We are senior citizens who tried for the first and last time. Will not recommend your restaurant to any of my friends. No pictures not worth taking them.

I am a US Army veteran and I went to Chipotle on Sunday November 10th as the Sun News reported that Chipotle was doing a buy one get one free for veterans that day. When I got to the register, the employee told me that the store was not doing anything for veterans day. I have never felt so embarrassed and disrespected.

Cashier had an attitude didn’t look me in the eye so I asked how her day was cashier Briana ignored my conversation continue to ask me to pay & when applying a reward she kept repeating to pay asked again if reward was applied she asked me to pay again rolled her eyes and said nothing very rude very I don’t like my job very can’t handle lunch hour pressure well should probably be In the back if no desire to be kind to customers

Not gonna lie I’m completely baffled at the foolery that just took place. I came in asked if there was anymore “mild”. Got told no. Looked over and saw an area in the corner with mild. So I asked the worker “isn’t that mild right there” and he told me he couldn’t use that because it was for “online orders only”. So I asked him to ask the manager if I could get some, since ya know I’m a paying customer just like the online folks. And the manager on duty had the nerve to say no. Idk if it’s just this stores foolery or just a mid west thing but I have never been to a chipotle and been told such BS

It has been multiple bad experience with this locations. The management is awful. I never had any problem with any other location but the Las Cruces. They overcharge, mislead the prices and rude to respond to your concern. I love Chipotle so I keep going back every few months and leave telling myself never again. The other day my salad came to more than $15. Apparently the meat I chose was different price which wasn’t on their menu. I said they should let the customer know when ordering. They had a sign in front of where you talk to the employee of what you want exactly where you are distracted to see a any sign if it is not covered by the person ordering in front of you. When I asked for the manager, she (kania) said she is the manager. I said I am willing to pay the highest price on the menu for my salad since this was not advertised clearly. She said to pay the full amount or go to the end of the line after 32 people and order one from the menu. After 15 minutes of standing there I was willing to take my business somewhere else. The difference was maybe three dollars but the lack of compassion and running a business correctly was priceless.

The quesadillas. They r good don’t get me wrong. The lady who served me was rude. I asked for an adult quesadilla, she said that it is only online which is absurd. You have the ingredients to make it there why can’t u make it? When I told her this, she was extremely rude and basically yelled at me. The other young lady who was calculating my order, was scrolling on TikTok and when I asked her for a fountain drink, I had to ask her many times before she actually to ally payed attention.

This is the 2nd time my mobile pickup was cold. Just just not warm. Cold. Refrigerator cold. First time was during Covid and I chalked it up to that. Tonight was only the 2nd time we've ordered from there and cold again. Unacceptable.

Usually when you walk into somewhere for the first time you should feel welcomed and that’s not how i felt here i came around 11:45 and the young lady with blonde hair had a very rude face on , she seemed bothered , and not very good atmosphere , she made burritos that were not worth 10 dollars , and missed cheese on my bowl , her tone of voice was nice but the expression on her face was not it..

Management needs to get seriously involved with this restaurant. Not only have the portions got less and less, today around 1pm I witnessed the cook drop the cheese pan on the floor, pick it up, and poured the cheese in n it. I told the lady at cashier and she says I don’t know anything about that. Seriously!!! Just told you. She looks like a 15 yr old if that. Then I assume the manager (young) comes over. Tell her. Her 1st priority is not to get the cheese off the pass (still never did). Ask if we want refund, and ask us f we wanted the chips (to dip what?). These people all need to be fired. Hope nothing else I got hit the floor.
I paid $20 for this bowl, not exaggerating. The least they could do is give me more rice and vegetables, gosh.

I used to work for Chipotle, so I was extra unhappy with this interaction.
I ordered a burrito, and a quesadilla and was denied a large quesadilla at this location and told that they only sell the kids ones, I have never denied a customer something so easy to make!
As the young man finished my burrito I asked kindly, if he could please cut my burrito, because they are huge and I share with my husband, and he said he couldn’t, because of the tin foil surrounding the burrito. He could have easily, slid the burrito off and cut it in half.
The second young man was frustrated with the interaction, and continued trying to wrap the burrito, and it ripped, I pointed it out and told him he needed to double wrap it. He kind of sighed and hurried off to heat the second tortilla.
I was just disappointed! I had to demonstrate excellent customer service when I worked for chipotle. What a shame to see the standards get thrown out of the window.

I found the food very tasty but every time you add a little bit, the price goes up… The items on my brisket bowl total four …paying almost $17 was absolutely absurd and that’s why I, and none of my friends will be going back… Why you don’t serve complete meals is absurd to our senior people…
I can get a meal for much less than that, sitting down at a restaurant and being served.
