made me wait 5 min to clean up and then gave me the smallest portion. I tried asking for more and a worker just said this is the portion size so i walked out.

Nice place to get something fast that's probably healthier than hamburgers. I tend more vegetarian. You request specifically what you desire. I usually eat in their tables outside. The food is good 👍🏻

When they’re on their A game there’s nothing wrong with this place but it’s extremely variable from day to day. Sometimes they put a good amount of meat other times they put barely any and charge out the nose for extra. Today the pinto beans looked like someone’s bad attempt at making them refried. Barbacoa wasn’t looking much better. I also got to the register and had to stand around while all six employees doing nothing shouted for the cashier to come back. Decided just to forget it not worth 18$ for ruined beans and weird looking meat.

The music was way too loud! I received a phone call and I couldn't even hear the other person. It was like being in a really loud bar. That was not pleasant.
The food is great, but it's kind of expensive. One burrito is $11. so we don't eat there very often, plus we have to drive an hour and a half to get to it because we don't have one in all town, I wish we did.

Worst customer service with bad attitude with lots of items missing . Food all over the place untidy and unhygienic. One of the staff keep scratching and rubbing her nose with the same gloves . Chipotle needs to replace or teach them about the customer service . Check the camera

Always good for a Chicken Bowl

I ordered a burrito bowl and even showed the girl and guy working the line a photo of it, because I seen they where making a steak burrito instead! They both looked at me like I was stupid, and asure me that was a burrito bowl. This was a order for someone else as I don't eat at chipotle.
When the food was delivered I was told that in fact they were the incompetent ones as they cant even follow simple instructions, is literally on the name bowl!

Last time we will be ordering anything or eating at the las cruces location. We been to different states and never had an issue, but this location wins the award for poor customer service and order accuracy.
