The virtual ticket thing is a bust. It takes the fun out of collecting your ticket mess to the counter for counting. Chuck doesnt even perform anymore for birthdays. He makes an appearance and does karaoke. And the trampoline that replaced the ball pit was a joke with its separate admission fee. Inflation is ridiculous and they are capitalizing on the fact that it is a monopoly in chucks favor. Only bonus was the unlimited fountain drinks. Whoopie to flavored and carbonated corn syrup.
If they don't have it, it can be ordered.
Id give no stars if I could. Super expensive. $80 for a large pizza that looked like a medium, a salad, and 3 small drinks. Then the cashier looked grungy dirty and didn't even talk. We got coins after all but the kids couldn't play in the trampoline without paying more. When we asked the worker how much it would be she looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. This place has gone down!! Not worth it! Peter piper pizza is so much more amazing
Im sad to leave this review. I had my daughters 5th bday party here and one of our guests was elderly with a special diet (she cant eat pizza) and they brought in her own food to eat. The staff gave us such a hard time and had security make our elderly guest who uses a walker leave!! Made everyone very upset.... big L for chucke cheese staff bc there was no need for thatšš ALSO they didnt have chucke come out I had to ask them multiple times right before our party ended
I hyped my kids up for months about coming here to celebrate their birthday and it was probably the worst outcome ever. Staff didnāt even acknowledge it was their birthday when I mentioned it nor seemed to care, the staff all had a very bad attitude. As soon as we walked in we were immediately not greeted but faced with an employee who seemed so rotten and right away the kids felt uncomfortable. We still stayed and let them play games and jump on the trampoline zone but the young man who came to unlock the zone just sat on the ledge on his phone the whole time (again making the kids feel uncomfortable) because it was obvious he cared less of his job or them. When it came time to turn in tickets for prizes I had to knock on the counter and wave my hands for the same guy to get off his damn phone and take his ear buds off just to again make my kids feel uncomfortable because this guy seemed mad we interrupted his scrolling time on his phone. When I was a kid this was a place for kids to have fun and my kidās birthday could have been way more fun and honestly were never coming here again. Better off going to Peter Piper where they might be more friendly or even care about you walking in the door. Worst customer service ever and the owners/managers need to step up and give a shit. Food was alright. If I could give a negative star I would lol.
Bathrooms were dirty salad bar was not stocked and wilting and we counted six games that were out of order which is a rip off giving my business to Peter Piper Pizza from now on
Always a hit with my Littles! Groupon has a great meal deal which includes games.
Wings were 18.00 for 6 wings Pizza is also expensive. They should not charge so much . They charge for the stupid games so they are making up money for the games. But they take advantage because we dont have anywhere else to take kids.
Their gold pass is worth its weight in gold.

Needs better management or close down.
Dirty tables, dirty floors and restrooms....
Ordered BBQ boneless wings at 15.99, order took 30 minutes, order came buffalo not bbq. Only 6 boneless wings when their menu advertises feeds 2 people (false).
Went to staff and were to busy talking and laughing not even wanting to address me. Got attention after 5 minutes, staff asked for my receipt, looked over them stated to get my order right.
Took another 30 minutes for wings to come and again only 6. Staff told me they weigh the wings for the price of 15.99. I told them ridiculous and i requested to give me a refund. They refused and gave me both orders of BBQ and buffalo wings.
Never again will I visit, it was ridiculous and over priced. Staff were very unprofessional laughing too much at the front, salad tasted old from long ago, salad dressing was very watered down to no taste. Wings were hard and cold even with the long wait.
Peter Piper Pizza has my service.

Prices are ridiculously high! The food is very expensive, pizzas are paper thin and not that great. The wings were not that good. The salad bar does not have much variety. Saw several tables empty but dirty, the employees are not good at keeping up with cleaning after people leave. I had to clean the table were we sat. The arcade, yes alot of machines but nothing really fun or exciting for the kids. The picture machine didn't work. And the trampoline is very small and super expensive as well, you have to pay $12 extra per kid just to jump in a little trampoline that can easily get super crowded. Not worth going. Spent over $180 dollars in 4 people. I will not return to this place, seriously nothing impressive here.

My son had his 8th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese today. I made the reservation a month ago. I got the ultimate fun package. I spoke with the staff twice in the week leading up to today, to confirm my reservation and the details of my reservation. 9 kids, 12 adults, 2 extra pizzas, 12 adult cups, and a cake. I also confirmed the details when we arrived today. It was a decent day but our party host didnāt seem very knowledgeable and she seemed very confused most of the time. She only brought me 10 adult cups. I had to ask repeatedly for the dip n dots and cake. And then when the cake didnāt come out I had to go up and keep asking for it. Our party host deferred us to a different staff member who told us āyou told your party host you didnāt want the cake.ā I said thatās not true, I confirmed I wanted the cake FIVE times and asked for it an hour ago. The three staff members were just standing there looking confused. They told us they would go frost the cake. It still didnāt come out and after another 30 minutes we went back up to ask where the cake was. They told me because I didnāt want the cake, it melted, and they had to throw it away. But they could give us a new one, it would just take 30 minutes to defrost. At this point there was only 15
minutes left of the party. So I just told them to forget it. They told me they wouldnāt charge me for the cake since I didnāt get it. Like DUH! Iām not paying for something I didnāt get. I was extremely upset by the inconvenience. The staff was so unhelpful. And then they only brought out the goodie bags (that were part of the package) after half our party had already left. Overall the staff was just super unhelpful and unorganized. It took three of them just to figure out how to check me out at the end. I think some more training would be beneficial for the staff. I expected just a tad bit more from a $350 party.

For such a cute place the atmosphere here is quite dead. I feel like weāre in Zombieland. They definitely need new management because the lady that was upfront looked miserable not even a smile on her face they for sure need better management and employees those who look happy to be here to make the guest feel more than welcome
