Took my granddaughter and we waited and waited for Chuckie to come out and he never did. It was announced every hour but no rat. Upgraded most of the machines and rides since last time, that was a huge plus ! The staff got a huge thumbs down like always. Too busy texting and don’t greet you. Tried getting dessert and waited 30 minutes, only one in line by the way. I go there every month and it’s the same with the staff. Too bad, upgrades and food were excellent!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for age group 3-7 years old. Also ink stamp didn’t work, issue with dead batteries ?? Believe that !!Wheelchair accessibility: My wife never has problem because my grand daughter and myself push her. Need a button that opens the doors like most places.

We visited 9 years ago and the atmosphere has improved tremendously. Friendly staff. Well lit area. Lots of young children to older children games. Price is definitely affordable. I’m so glad we had come back again.

We were there only for our great granddaughters bday party. Actually surprised it wasn't loud and kaotic because parties are held there, only 1 other party going on at the same time. The kids really enjoyed it of course. Pizza was OK but there was not anything to write home about. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and only 60 degrees outside.

The pizza was horrible. They need to improve on their pizza. I got burnt pizza. I do not know who was making the pizza, but they need to do better and improve on the menu and add more stuff to the menu and the games were broken when I thereAnd the service was OK but they need to do better Chuck E. Cheese I can’t see Chuck E. Cheese fall I care about it. That’s why I’m writing this review. More of the story always do better.

It’s not worth the money there was no CO2 for the drinks so they were all watered down then we wanted to place a order of wings since we were attending a birthday party and told us they were slammed and couldn’t take orders for an hour or so and it wasn’t even busy!!! pizza wasn’t good either it’s ridiculous for the amount of money you all charge

I never have been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese. I’ll take the kids for their enjoyment. But their pizza portions are small. They are over priced. They offer a salad bar thats the comparison to a junior high school cafeteria. They can’t slice the pizza evenly. You get one jumbo slice and the one next to it is the size of a key fob.

Everything expensive, ceiling was leaking. Only thing I thought was good was the wings, but I don't know about the price for them though. I miss the old Chucky Cheese.
