I have visited this location multiple times and every time my food is hot and the service is incredible. The staff is fast and considerate, always respectful and kind. I commend this establishment for its consistently good performance.

This is by far the slowest place I've ever been. The last two times I went, it was between 5 and 10 minutes per car. Tonight, it was exactly 7 minutes per, as it took 35 minutes to get to the window with 5 cars in line.Luckily, some cars always get tired of waiting and drive off, shortening your wait from 40 minutes to maybe 30. It's fried chicken - I have no idea what the hold up could be. I always imagine they have no cooking equipment other than an easy bake oven, with which they dutifully cook each piece one at a time.As for the food, I'm forced to wait because my wife loves it. I find it way too greasy and gross. Because at least someone likes the food, I made it 2 stars instead of 1.

Had Church's in Las Cruces for the first time today. I haven't had Churches for at least 30 years since it hasn't been at the last two places we lived. We liked Popeye's in our former town, but the Las Cruces store is just awful. Sorry. Churches was our last hope for spicy fried chicken in LC so we were really hopeful! Anyway, it was about 2:30 Sunday afternoon when we got there. They were busy; lots of cars in the lot and there were about 4 or 5 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru. We ordered a 12 piece meal; spicy. Our chosen sides were fries and coleslaw. We also ordered a small order of their jalapeno cheese bombers. When we ordered the employee told us it would be about 10 minutes for spicy chicken and we were fine with that. Our total time in line was about 20 minutes, which I think is pretty good for fried chicken. When we got to the window the employee let us know that they had just mixed the batch of coleslaw and it needed time to sit before it was ready. He was very apologetic and polite. He said we could go ahead and take it and let it sit ourselves for a bit before we ate it or we could pick something else. We ended up choosing mashed with gravy. I was really glad I did - their gravy is delicious!! The chicken was ready by the time we were at the window, so no extra wait time. The chicken was so yummy!! The spicy level was perfect! The pieces are large too. The biscuits are also delicious and I'm not normally a fan of biscuits. We loved the bombers too. Our experience was 5 stars all the way around and we will definitely be going back! Keep up the great work Churches!

The food was as amazing as I remember it from lunch between my boyfriend's cousin's wedding and reception over 20 years ago. Drive-thru service this evening was slow, and I got the feeling they may not have had enough staff for the rush of cars that came for Monday night supper. My order was correct and hot and delicious, completely worth the wait. I'll be back.

It's a shame when you go in to order 3 hrs before they close, take your money, have you wait, then tell you they don't have anymore tonight. They won't cook anymore. (There was no problem with getting the refund) All the while, the crew and manager are talking about hurrying up so they can close early.

If they did not put everything in your bag please go back. They don’t not answer the phone and when they do they say they give you a credit and don’t. Still waiting for a credit a month
