The bread my sandwich was made on had to be 3+ days old. It was so dry. The previous owners always had fresh bread. With a price of $11(cash) more with a card, I don’t recommend eating here.

Wonderful place! Great food! friendly people and consummate customer service! As I mentioned to Mike, the owner, for several weeks (more like several years) I'd been craving a Hot Pastrami on Rye but didn't think I'd run into one in Las Cruces. Growing up in NYC I would eat at Katz's, the Stage and the Carnegie Deli; more often at Katz's, especially as a kid. I ordered a large Hot Pastrami at the Corner Deli and at my first bite thanked God I had walked into the Corner Deli that day just a few weeks back. It was spectacular! I told Mike I was near tears when I took that first bite. Also...I had the Beef au jus for dinner later that evening. Wonderful!! Thank you Mike! I'll be back...
