Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Our waiter Charlie likes to talk to her co worker or boyfriend… when we came in took her a while to see us cause she was chit chatting with a boy behind us . Once she noticed us she went and took out order … she asked if we wanted biscuits or cornbread and we said both . I noticed we didn’t get spoon an kindly asked her to provide some . She took 20 min to get me the spoon because again she was to busy chitchatting with the boy and hostess they were laughing and talking and not caring about what I asked for . Finally I asked her again and she says oh yea , she then quicky walks Away and get the spoons… another 15 min passes and she comes and tells me oh we’re out of this item . The table before got told this 25 min ago and she’s barely relaying the message. We never got out basket and we had to asked again to get it. Granted there wasn’t a lot of people here . So I was very disappointed on the quality of customer service. The other service were on point except Charlie .

We were in Las Cruces during Thanksgiving visiting family and decided to grab a thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrel. It was very good!!

It’s kind of a tradition now, since it’s just us two senior citizens, to have thanksgiving dinner at Cracker Barrel. This year the sweet potato was not so good. Pretty flavorless but super sweet. But every thing else was very good as always! We arrived at 12:30 PM and got a table around 1:45 PM. So, a bit of a wait, but the old country store keeps you occupied! Overall it’s a winner winner turkey 🦃 dinner!🥘
