The way it was a man's Plus on my food came out it was cold and my steak was overcooked no one really checked in on us and when we left I had purchased a lot of items but the person who was helping me purchase them beforehand forgot to scan half the ones I purchased so when I got home half the items I wanted weren't there...

1st off we sat forever for our food. Our server offered bread for the wait but then didn't bring it tell our food came out. My food specifically was not good at all. Looked gross tasted gross. My daughter's fish was not done and gave her a stomach ache. My server didn't come to ask about how the food was. Was not able to tell the server until he brought the check and his fix was to bring me more sides . I told him forget it I wanted more than sides. Worst thing to do in the restaurant business is to let a customer leave hungry and angry

Haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in a minute. Great food and service from Ryker. Plus left only one tee on the table game for the first time in my life. Thanks for a good meal!

Visited this location on March 12th for breakfast. Kaylee G was our server and was wonderful the whole time. Manager was a bit combative over my sending the order back due to the eggs being cooked over easy (set whites, watery yolk) despite my ordering over medium (set whites, gelatinous yolk). Food was as expected for Cracker Barrel otherwise.

My only other complaint is that because we ordered hash browns instead of hash brown casserole we incurred a charge for a side that would have otherwise been included with the meal.

Our experience was awful today. The host was extremely rude the second we spoke to her, she wouldn’t even look at us. She put us on the list and said it would be 25 minutes. After 30 minutes and them seat like 10 other tables, we asked about where we were in the list and turns out she didn’t even put our name on the list. She walked us to the table, slammed the menus down in the table without saying a word to us. Our server was nice, but our food came out cold of course lol. We will not be coming back. Go to village inn or ihop instead!!!

Friday night Fish Special, they ran out of tartar sauce...tartar sauce! 30 minute wait to be seated, 40 minute wait for food to be served cold. The room was so cold, almost every customer was eating with jackets on...in fact, the last 3 visits, the room was cold. I frequently take my Uncle (82 years old) and his wife there because they like the fish. We can't relax and eat because we are so uncomfortably cold. Almost every visit, they run out of something. 2 weeks ago it was baked potatoes. Service was sparce. What's going on there?

Our server explained there would be a delay due to a printer problem. He then brought biscuits and corn bread and refilled our drinks. He made the experience delightful due to his attentive and engaging attitude.

The server was completely inattentive! complaints from multiple tables. He simply went MIA! Coffee was cold peach cobbler was cold. We waited excessively long for our dessert order. Not usual service at CB in Las Cruces NM! But this was a very disappointing experience!

We travel the country and have eaten at a lot of Cracker Barrels. This CB in Las Cruces had the best food and service of all. We had the chicken and dumplings and the fried chicken breast. Delicious, hot food.

Parking: Spend the night on the RV parking. Quiet and peaceful x

Food was good just came to us cold. Ordered bacon crispy totally not crispy. Severl was very apologetic.
