Very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a Oreo blizzard. Only thing I ever order from this DQ. I got my Oreos Blizzard and there was very little Oeros in it or it was over blended. I took it back and the 1st gal was going to give me oeros on the side to add to my blizzard. Then a 2nd gal came over and said she had to charge me for the oeros. The 2nd gal also had attitude. I disagreed with the 2nd gal and got my refund. I don't know what happen. Maybe I got the bottom of the Oreos. Which was Oeros dust and little of crumbs. Disappointed with the customer service. I never had any problems with my Oeros blizzard or customer service until tonight.

Good dessert however I came in an hour before close which I understand can be frustrating if you’ve already started cleaning but the lady that handed me the ice creams didn’t say a single word to us just handed us ice cream with an annoyed look and after she shut the class I saw her rolling her eyes poor customer service

It is real good Buuut Fyi: If you find yourself at the Portland Oregon airport in the C gate food court area you Must stop at Tillamook and ask for a chocolate/chocolate chip y COFFEE ESPRESSO milkshake. It is absolutely to die for. It is not on the menu so you gotta ask for it. It is so good you will want to leave the desert, trust me. Happy cows come from Oregon. Let's see if Dairy Queen can beat this!

Extremely disappointed in this location. My dad placed an order for a surprise cake for my husband. He placed the order from Louisiana because we have no family here so he did it online. I had the confirmation order and everything. I went the next morning to pick up and their answer to me was “we can’t tell if it was picked up last night or not, so we can’t give it to you”. The best they could do was refund the money to my dad, who’s at work, and doesn’t have time to deal with paying for another cake. Thanks DQ for making my day a whole lot harder and for additionally, taking away the surprise cake for my husband. THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR.

Ordered a heath brownie cupfection and though it tasted great it was much smaller than the regular size that's it's supposed to be made, not worth almost $8...guess I'll keep taking my business to the N. Main location.
