An entirely decent burger handicapped by painfully, agonizingly slow service. If the pace yielded an epic burger, I'd say it was worth the wait but the product is only marginally above average. I was hoping Day's would be able to dethrone or at least rival Sparky's in Hatch. I've been to Sparky's when the line was out the door and still got my food faster and those are the best burgers in the state. So it can be done, just not by Day's. Unfortunately my high hopes did not materialize.

I live in El Paso & brought my family from Dallas here & just in the nick of time. I’m so very sad to see such a long time joint with so much history close it’s doors. The food & service here is really good. I hope in the future they reconsider opening up somewhere else. 100/100 would recommend.

Ordered 6 original burgers because menu stated 6 for $11.00. I asked for one of the burgers with cheese. Instead of just charging me for the cheese slice on the one burger, I was charged $18.00 for the six burgers. When I asked why the $18.00 and not $11.00, she said that I broke the special by ordering one burger with cheese and they don't just add the cost for the one slice of cheese. I should have been told that when I first ordered. But I wasn't told this until I picked up the order and questioned about the $7.00 I was overcharged. She stated matter of factly that it says that on the menu, and turned away. BTW, on the menu, it just states 6 for $11.00 does not include cheese. Feel totally ripped off of $7.00.Update : regarding comment from owner - - How effing dare you! I asked nicely why the price difference. When I was told about the $7.00 hike for one piece of cheese, I was shocked by what and how I was told. I dare any one of their employees or customers who were there to tell me to my face that I was rude in any way. I'm sincerely shocked and offended that "the owner" would state this, and not get both sides of what actually transpired. If the owner is willing, I would gladly like to speak with you.BTW, when owner first stated on her reply "We remember you....", that just isn't possible, since we both know that she wasn't in the room at the time I asked about the price difference. Sad to see her lower herself even more.

We fell into this place when wandering downtown Las Cruces. I loved it. I had the plain burger with cheese and bacon. The burger was delicious, the lettuce and onions were fresh and crisp and best of all, the bun didn't get soggy and disintegrate. I had a few of my partner's fries, which were nice and crispy, but when I come back I'm going to try the onion rings.

This is one of the best hamburgers I've had. The grill cook was awesome. The girls waiting on us were so friendly & sweet. I haven't had as good an experience in a very long time.Keep up the great work Day's!!!Parking: It's a very small lot & if it was peak time, there would be NO parking. The food is worth the trouble, though!!!

Best tasting cheeseburgers we had in a long time and at an affordable price. Nice warm atmosphere. Definitely a wonderful change from the chain stores. Will put this high on our go to list.Parking: We had no problem finding a spot. Nice large raking lot.

It was okay... Nothing to write home about. Asked for pickles on my cheeseburger and it was a flat out hell no, never gonna happen. Pickles on the side. Don't ask again. $7.52 for a cheeseburger. Wasn't like it was put together fancy... Maybe 5 people in the dining room. 2 cooks, 10:30am, not slammed.

We ordered ahead and took burgers home. They reminded me of how mom used to make them (of course you need to add the green chiles! ;) Fast service + good food. We liked the onion rings, but the sweet potatoe fries were kinda soggy and mushed into each other into a blob). Overall, we would recommend!

Heard this place was as good as Burger Nook, so I gave it a try. Was very busy at lunch but order line moved ridiculously slow and food delivery was the same, about 45 minutes from entry to food being ready. It looked really good but was very bland, maybe someone forgot to season the meat. Was not good, size of the hamburger which was a Double Great Day, was huge but did not finish due to blandness. Onion rings were ok but a little greasy. Probably won't go back.

Days is the newest addition to my favorites list. Burgers are home made quality. Good fries, great onion rings""" wild chili dogs even the fountain drinks tasted more frothy. A hidden gem!!

I love this place. Not only is the food delicious. I was able to take my Morkie in and the wonderful hard workers even provided him with a free hamburger patty. He was in heaven, and I didn't have to share my burger. If you have a well-behaved dog like my Morkie can be when he wants, feel free to take your furbaby to lunch with you.Parking: Parking available depends on when you visit weekdays or weekends. Craft fair on weekends remember.

This place lives up to the legacy. This place is what In and Out wishes it was. Absolute must go.Unreal bargain for how high quality the burger was too.
