We tried the fish tacos and omg, they were so good. We are so glad we found the place. The portion is very good for the price, it's cheap in my opinion. Will definitely come back to support them and try other things. I like how they use those mini limes.

This place is GOOD. They make an excellent burger. Super excellent. Also, the homemade tortilla chips and salsa may be the best ever. Fried crisp but not oily. I would go just for chips and salsa, but honestly, the burger is really really good My wife had a torta of carne asada and it was delicious also. Both the burger and the torta came with French fries that were also extremely good.
If you are in the Las Cruces area, give this locally owned and operated place a try. You will not regret it.

If you haven’t been here, you are missing out. The food is great, I had an asada torta and it was so good! The French fries, fresh, thick and so crispy Also a wonderful surprise, best tortilla chips I have had in town! The only thing is missing is a soda fountain. They sell sodas by the bottle (I found Sidral, Apple soda!) but I get it, they need more patrons to invest. Well, I hope they succeed, we will be paying them regular visits, because it was totally worth it!

The food here is delicious. As a matter of fact probably the best tacos I’ve had outside of Mexicali and a NYC taco stand that came to Manhattan from San Diego.
I’m glad this place is here and encourage anyone around to support local. I’ve been a hard food critique since moving here from Philadelphia. The food here is not overly bland due to an abundance of sauce. The food stands alone. It would not be assuming to think of passed down family recipes when thinking of Del Fuego. It is legit and after trying many Mexican food restaurants I walked out knowing this place is king when it comes to tacos. Give this place a try. Good food takes time but the place is fire!
