Upon entering Cafe Delicias, I was immediately struck by the vintage-style sign on Amador Street, a clear indicator of its long-standing presence in Las Cruces. A banner advertised Chile en Nogadas, a dish I typically avoid due to a previous negative experience at another restaurant. Inside, Cafe Delicias was bustling with locals and families, and a football game played on a large-screen TV.

Daily special was Chile Verde, came with soup, chips and salsa (and an excellent salsa). Chile Verde came with rice and beans. Service was very friendly and quick. I plan to try other specials on different days. Very nice place

I love the atmosphere and decor! At first I thought prices were a bit high. Then our server brought out a delicious soup before our meal. It was so good and filling I probably could of skipped the main plate. My flauta plate was ok. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.
