vicente the night manager was super friendly and helpful. roasted peppers was forgotten on our pizza order and he was quick to jump on and fix our order as well as provide a free brownie. not something you see on a customer service level nowadays. thanks team

After 9U baseball game went to another pizza place before ending at Dion's. Won't say the name of the other place but they didn't have space for the team to eat. Luckily we found Dion's, for a smaller pizza chain the food was actually very good. It kinda reminded me a little bit of NY style pizza with the grease coming off the pizza. Wife had the sub and she loved it. Kids enjoyed the pizza. Nice way to end the day after a double header. Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, super friendly service.

Food was good. Micah, the manager, was not. An issue in the kitchen apparently was the problem with not fulfilling a couple of orders during a peak lunch time hour. A few baseball teams arrived and we heard at least one order from each time was not fulfilled. When asked, he stated a kitchen issue was the problem but yet never informed anyone. We requested a refund and was given one. However, after another ten minutes the order was ready, an employee offered to give the pizza without charge, however, Micah steps in and says he has to charge us if we take the pizza…..Really?? Total time without pizza - 1 hour.
Beware of Micah the manager. Incompetent.

Jackie is incapable of doing her job I showed up to pick up food and she asked for proof thru door dash so I show her and she proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know if it’s me so I had to give her my phone to go thru my whole DoorDash app till she was happy my name is spelt so unique like 👍🏽 m not here to steal food i definitely will not be back to this location
