Wow. Talk about an elevated experience. My partner and I wandered into Stone Crow Gourmet grumbling with hunger and left with floating elation. We ordered a small salad to start, followed by the Amber Wave burger (note: the photo only shows half because we split it- the portion is huge!) and the (4) Crostini flight, including the Smoked Salmon, Tuscan Sun, Sweet Thai Chili, and Beetroot Hummus. Everything was fresh, delectable, well paired, and presented in an inspired, gorgeous and frankly, gourmet way. The name fits. As for drinks, we tried The Dalmatian and the Blueberry Lavender Sour. Dry Point Distillers offers an eclectic drink menu that hovers somewhere between extremely modern and classic vintage, pairing the two sensibilities into experimental instant-classic drinks. As the name suggests, they also distill their own spirits- and having tried them at locations all across the state, I can confidently report: Fantastic.
This doesn’t even touch on the relaxed-yet-elevated atmosphere or the excellent music selection. You’ll just have to experience those things for yourself.

Chef Gary has an special creative genius when it comes to his dishes. Each crostini is larger than expected. The Flavor mix is so fresh but not too strong. Just outstanding! The cauliflower tacos were fantastic. Who needs meat or cheese … wow. The lemon blueberry desert special was so good we started laughing at the crazy great creation. Dont miss his food.

A happy accident that we stumbled onto this place. My dad and I recently took a road trip and our hotel only ended up being about five minutes from this cocktail bar.
One of my dad's goals on this trip was to collect unique bourbons and whiskeys. Well, Dry Point just happened to be the manufacturer of the Blue Corn Bourbon that a website he found recommended as the one bottle you should definitely take home from New Mexico. So of course we stopped in and had a tasting flight before my dad bought the bottle.
And bonus, the bartender was great, attentive and very kind, and the bar itself is very welcoming in the way it is set up.

I would definitely recommend you visit Stone Crow Gourmet! I drove out there from El Paso, TX, just to try the amazing food from Chef Gary. When you arrive you are greeted by amazing employees, and just wait until you taste the culinary creations! I can honestly say this cuisine is like none I have ever had before. His use of fresh ingredients and attention to detail, will have your taste buds craving for days to come. I will definitely be coming back!

The drinks are outstanding, and the food from Stone. Crow is amazing! This is on my list definitely from now on! The Chef, who was amazing did a deconstructed burger, substituting chicken for me and it was glorious!

Amazing Saturday brunch with Chef Gary. Drinks are well crafted, attentive, personable, and attentive staff.
We stopped in for brunch and had a great experience. The BLTs were unique and very tasty! Our cocktails were well balanced and creative. We would have stopped back in on Sunday if they were open. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will visit again. Thanks for a great experience and for amazing food and drinks.
This is a hidden gem of the desert. The food was phenomenal with a very unique blend of flavors. It is literally a tour around the world of unique and exciting flavors. In addition, the owner (which is also the chef) its an amazing and interesting person. I highly recommend visiting this place.
Visiting this little town and found a Gem in the Stone Crow and Chef Gary! We came here by a recommendation of someone in town and to our surprise it was one of our favorite top 10 meals ever! Flavor, beauty and such an attention to detail in every dish! Do yourself a favor and go!
Their new food menu is amazing! Stone Crow is the best! The hummus crostini and salamin crostini paired with a beautiful amber old fashioned made with their blue corn bourbon is an absolute delight!

Between the awesome music, the delicious food, my lovely girlfriend, and the thoughtful ambiance, I can say without a doubt that tonight has been my most perfect night this year. Credits to Chef, stellar guy
This is a hidden gem in Mesilla. As a recent transplant here, I have been introducing locals to its delights.
The drinks are great and the food from Stone Crow is unique and satisfying.
Inside of Dry Point Distillers has a hidden gem called Stone Crow where Chef Gary is truly an artist. This is my first time experiencing this amazing food, but my boyfriend has spoken about his amazing burgers for months. Chef Gary was very excited about his pesto creation, we ordered a plate for our table, we were not disappointed! The pesto is created with green and purple pesto grown in house. Definitely a must, however the Caramel Apple Toast has an amazing flavor which comes from the house made bourbon syrup, that makes you think of the perfect fall day. Last but certainly not least is the southern French toast, which comes with the most amazing whipped cream.
Pineapple ? Mule ?
We came here with our family for some drinks and food. The whiskey and gin are excellent. We ate sandwiches and they were delicious. We bought several bottles and we will be back again.
