Nice location but the coffe keeps getting expensive

Highly recommend this location. Everyone here is super helpful to me every time I go in. If you ever have any issues they can help (app overcharging/ double ordering). They also have in my experience also gone above and beyond when you let them know of allergies or food items needing altering.

The service was really nice and polite. There was a small mix-up in our order, However they were very quick to make up for it and sincere. We were a two party and bought a drink and a sandwich. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and delightful for the morning.

The donuts are brought in from El Paso twice a day. I've bought donuts here and although I cover and wrap them well they're always too dried out by the next morning to eat. It's like they're already old and stale when I buy them. They are too expensive to waste money on.

I called there several times during the day no one answered the phone the following week I called several times 2 days no one answered the phone. I tried another store they picked up I ask about getting several dozen donuts ahead of tme or just walk in he say I could pre order but couldn't guaranteed they would get done. He said I work at the frank lolyd Wright store. Wow I just called there couldn't get threw.he said I know they are slamed...huh..I just hung up...dunk donuts suck. Just for people to lazy to make coffee at home

Hi so I never do this but this one was a bit uncomfortable. I have no idea who was on speaker today at the drive thru between 6:53pm-6:55pm. She was not nice at all, I’ve never once been treated this rudely here and everyone who works here is younger so like I get it but omg if you don’t feel happy there then don’t bring your entire team down because you wanna be rude and give yourself a bad name. Like I said I do not know who this was, but I’ve only seen one other review that was similar to mine. If they do see these and go over them I would like to emphasize that it was only the person who was on speaker not the person at the window. The person at the window was very kind, unfortunately I was kinda uncomfortable already, hopefully by some miracle this person just acts nicer in the future. Literally not trying to get anyone fired, but you
also don’t have to be rude to someone when they weren’t even being rude to you in the first place. Anyway they did an amazing job on the coffee and are typically a really good location I do recommend but yeah hopefully you don’t get that one girl cause sheesh.

Had no whole bean coffee altogether. I really wanted Dunkin Donuts decaf whole bean coffee. They sent me to another Dunkin Donuts, and I went and they had only caffeinated and not decaf. I would have taken a photo of how pitiful their empty shelf looked but I didn't know I was going to be taking this survey.

Came to purchase drinks on the January 16th around 4pm though the drive-through. It was the worst service I had ever gotten at this location. She was rude. She was no help. She did not explain anything and i I felt rushed. Come to find out She was a manager named Lexi, I believe. If she does not like her job, then she shouldn’t be there period!
People like this shouldn’t Be working for Customer Service. Thankfully, an employee Named Maria was more of a help and sweet, I thank her for her kindness.
I will not recommend or ever come to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
That manager should step down or quit, she doesn’t deserve her spot as management.
