We asked for some ice for our blazing hot coffee and was told only if we paid 54 cents, not used to this, so we opted not to pay. No apologies or explanation for their charges. Valley is my favorite store out of all of them. I live by the mall but drive to the Valley location just to get my morning coffee. They have the sweetest employees (Sarah, Aalia and Cayden) and great service. I never have to wait for my order. Always in and out.

I like this store. Everytime I come here They always get my order right. I ordered a large machicato the other day and it came out perfect. They give amazing customer service amd everytime I go inside there's always a positive environment. Nice smiles everywhere. Good job valley! 👍🏻

Highly recommend this location. Everyone here is super helpful to me every time I go in. If you ever have any issues they can help (app overcharging/ double ordering). They also have in my experience also gone above and beyond when you let them know of allergies or food items needing altering.

The service was really nice and polite. There was a small mix-up in our order, However they were very quick to make up for it and sincere. We were a two party and bought a drink and a sandwich. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and delightful for the morning. 🧡💗🤍
The donuts are brought in from El Paso twice a day. I've bought donuts here and although I cover and wrap them well they're always too dried out by the next morning to eat. It's like they're already old and stale when I buy them. They are too expensive to waste money on.
