Went through drive through this morning 1-11-25. Asked for large hot signature hazelnut latte with 2 equals. I didn’t get large and it was a caramel swirl. I asked the girl and only assured me it was a large which wasn’t.

Terrible service to the point where I will never trade with this coming ever again since my business isn’t worth keeping according to the crew at this location. I am very disappointed.

I understand in a smaller city and construction going on around that there are not many customers coming into this location and you have to find ways to stay "busy." All the power to you for that.... but if the music (no issue with the type of music or the volume when the time is right) is to loud and you can't hear someone standing at the register saying they want to order a drink for 10 minutes, maybe you should turn down the techno/elevator ish music a bit and pay attention. The young lady in glasses working today (Saturday Nov 23 at 3:45- 4 p.m.) helped my sister and her kids and I waited for her to finish. My sister got her drinks and that was it. The donuts were kinda hard. Never once did she or the blondish male come to assist me. Both were walking back and forth and I was saying I wanted to order a drink... not once did they come over. My nephews spilled their drink and do you think they offered a rag or anything to help clean.... NO! they were never seen again until we were leaving because they heard the bell when someone walked in. I was still cleaning the table and the floor with their napkins .... not a word 😕 my sister said this is the worst service she has ever seen.

Rude service and making mocking faces through the window as I waited for my order and this isn’t the first time but it def will be the last from the drive thru girl! The worse Dunkin in Cruces. The location on Valley and Lohman are awesome and always so friendly and kind! It’s not hard to be nice !! If you don’t like your job than don’t work.
