Extremely rude girl with long hair. Refused to give me my pick up order through the window even though that’s the method I chose online and I’ve picked it up that way several times before. Ordered two coffees, one of which was customized with 5 add ons, and they had us pull up to the front to wait an extra 5 minutes. No big deal. Coffee came out great, and they even slid in a couple donut holes for the wait. Thank you.

I went and ordered three regular coffees. And the girl that was taking my order was misplacing the order on the screen couple of times. After I pulled up, I told her she added a fourth drink. Then they ask me to pull up forward when there was no one behind me. I told them no and why since there is no one behind me. I guess the manager or someone else came and just told us to pull up front because they have to keep up their drive thru time. I stated that did not make any sense since first there is no one behind us and secondly, if they are trying to meet their drive thru time they should have my drinks ready. This girl kept saying the same things, so with the wasted time we were discussing they could have already made the drinks. So I just asked for a refund.
Never coming back to this place. The Dunkin on Lohman has way better costumer service and they are always stock on donuts and drinks. You can definitely see the difference in management.

Went through drive through this morning 1-11-25. Asked for large hot signature hazelnut latte with 2 equals. I didn’t get large and it was a caramel swirl. I asked the girl and only assured me it was a large which wasn’t.

I understand in a smaller city and construction going on around that there are not many customers coming into this location and you have to find ways to stay "busy." All the power to you for that.... but if the music (no issue with the type of music or the volume when the time is right) is to loud and you can't hear someone standing at the register saying they want to order a drink for 10 minutes, maybe you should turn down the techno/elevator ish music a bit and pay attention. The young lady in glasses working today (Saturday Nov 23 at 3:45- 4 p.m.) helped my sister and her kids and I waited for her to finish. My sister got her drinks and that was it. The donuts were kinda hard. Never once did she or the blondish male come to assist me. Both were walking back and forth and I was saying I wanted to order a drink... not once did they come over. My nephews spilled their drink and do you think they offered a rag or anything to help clean.... NO! they were never seen again until we were leaving because they heard the bell when someone walked in. I was still cleaning the table and the floor with their napkins .... not a word 😕 my sister said this is the worst service she has ever seen.

The location on Valley and Lohman are awesome and always so friendly and kind! It’s not hard to be nice !! If you don’t like your job than don’t work.
