The girls are nice and polite however they don’t seem to take direction well today is the 3rd time where I order my coffee, ask for it hot and I get it cold. Commuting from El Paso , it’s important for me to get to work at mountainview and it wastes time. I hope they remember to ask or clarify. I ordered a Dinka latte assuming it came hot .

Staff are not only rude, but absolutely unknowledgeable while being rude. I wanted to try a new seasonal latte, the Candy Bar latte. The person taking the order asked what flavor I wanted and I said just the candy bar. She sighs, gets very annoyed and says there's different flavors and lists them and says it only comes with a candy bar topping. Because she's mad, I'm gaslit into believing I'm wrong about the flavor so order pumpkin. After getting the drink, in which there was sighing, no thank you or even acknowledgement, I go home to try the drink, look at the sticker and it turns out I was right. There is a candy bar flavor, which she added extra pumpkin flavor to, and now it's so sweet it's not drinkable. And to top it all off (pun intended), there was no candy bar topping! Would not recommend going here unless you want to be made to feel like an idiot when it's the staff who don't know what they're doing all while being rude about it.

I went by on a Sunday morning today and they said that they are not accepting cash. I asked them why they said because they don’t have enough change. I told him that I had the exact amount and they said no and stop answering me on the intercom. Don’t waste your time coming to a business That does not accept money. They obviously, do not care about the business or making money.

I went by this Dunkin recently and they were having all drive-thru customers pull into their only 2 handicap spots to wait for their order. I tried telling the employee this was illegal and it made the spots unavailable for customers with handicap tags who need the spot. However, the associate then told me to cry about it and made a crying gesture with her hands. I did report them to nonemergency who confirmed this is illegal and said someone would stop by to talk to them. But I'm sure they went right back to what they were doing. The associate was extremely rude and clearly ableist and doesn't care about disabled customers.

Got us in and out fairly quickly. Definitely good place to stop if your in the area and not wanting to wait very long
They have great staff, their prices are a little bit high and I have bought donuts in the early afternoon and by the following morning their tough and uneatable, no matter how I store them.

Literally the best Dunkin’ Donuts in town the people there are amazing they go above and beyond for the customers 10 out of 10 recommend whoever is working today deserves a raise. Dunkin’ Donuts is truly a highlight of my day.

I didn't care too much for the kindness of the workers behind the counter. I was told Dunkin Donuts has whole bean decaf coffee, and two places I went to, didn't have. One Dunkin Donuts had no whole bean coffee at all. The other had only caffeinated.

As a customer, I think that a franchise should be aware of their customer service experiences. I came here & there was hair in a bagel with cream cheese. There was laughter in the background & smirks from employees.
