I went by the Bataan Memorial shop on Tuesday the 19th in the morning, the girl that greeted me was extremely rude she was in overalls and had glasses. I come here often and I’ve never experienced someone with such a poor attitude. She was just gossiping with her friends and not paying any attention, I saw my drinks on the counter and she continued to talk instead of handing them to me. Then after she finally gave me my drinks, she immediately turned around and I had to wait for her to look over again and ask for straws. I got a receipt and have her name but don’t want to say it on the internet these days. I get everyone makes mistakes but I just felt like an inconvenience.

Visited twice this week, the drinks were pretty good the first visit but service was unacceptable. I asked about the H2O drinks they have and the worker answered as if it was a dumb question, which was unhelpful being that we aren’t even able to see the full menu before being rushed to order. When I got to the window the gentleman there didn’t say one word to me and didn’t even acknowledge me, just kept talking to his co workers , handed me my drinks and I had to ask for a straw. No hellos no thank you, made me definitely not want to visit this location again. I don’t need or want a full conversation like this establishment is known for, but definitely expected a shred of customer service. My second visit to the establishment was better service but the H2O drinks were lacking the coconut milk I paid extra for, that’s my only feedback they were still good drinks , but guess I need to ask for extra next time?

I sat in line in the drive through for 10 minutes, and no one of the 10 cars ahead of me even moved. I finally had to back out of the drive because I didn't have time to wait 40 minutes for coffee. Went down the road to their green competition and had a drink in my hand in 4 minutes. Lessons learned.

Will never understand how it takes 30 minutes for coffee. Walked up to window and 3 workers are just talking about drama. Needs better management.

Excellent service and product!!

The drink was amazing, the employee suggested it so they know what they're doing. The girl who worked when I was there is a beast of an employee. She made probably 10 drinks at once. And we got stickers!!

I stopped in Sunday, 6/15, at 10:30am and the girl at the window couldn’t have been better! Great attitude, huge smile, and super friendly. She said she’d been doing it since 4:45am I think 😳 Couldn’t be me! Thanks for exceptional service ma’am.

Great service. Great Coffee. Employees are really nice there. Just wish they had benches or tables to sit at to relax and drink your coffee like the other Dutch Bros in town.
