The employees at the Main Street Dutch bros are poor representation of the customer service and respect shown at the other two locations in town. Their attention detail when replicating the order from a screen and defensive attitude when asking for corrected beverages is never a place I would recommend business support. Assuming each location would carry the same quality of service and product, the Main Street Dutch Bros employees do not meet the standard.

Everyone already knows what I want to order,once they see my car they sometimes bring my order out too me before I even get to the window or someone walks up curbside to take my order and payment and I'm always greeted by name which is pretty cool,I feel like one of the family and everyone is very professional and courteous and ready to help,I always look forward to seeing everyone because they always brighten my day, Love them all,north main is my go to location.

I used to love coming here, specifically this Dutch bros. So you could guess I was excited when they released order ahead on the app. From my experience using this feature on the app, the crew members truly don’t prioritize their order ahead orders. I ordered at 8:08 am and I placed my order for 8:19 am, my order wasn’t even ready at all. It’s so frustrating because I order ahead to leave right away, but I was forced to wait 10 minutes past my pick up time. Truly it’s frustrating, especially when they are given a heads up on an order.

I love coming to this location every time I am greeted and welcomed by the staff! I got the zero sugar cocomo! I just recently found out that Dutch bros offer a variety of their drinks in zero sugar and I couldn’t be happier! I truly want to shout out the staff for being supper friendly and overall excellent!

There’s no reason two pup cups should take 15 to 30 minutes I will never be coming here again. served people that came after us before us and kept us waiting in the heat outside.
Got tired of waiting in line so I just drove off and some of the cars behind me drove off too. That’s how long the wait was.
