Waited over 15m for my drink that was ready, sitting on the counter, but the girl at the window couldn’t stop talking to her friend who was in the car ahead of me. I figured she placed a large order of specialty drinks. They were talking and laughing and carrying on like there was no one else waiting on their drinks. Very unprofessional! When she realized, she had a counter full of drinks waiting and gave the one she was talking to 4 drinks of the teas! Really!!!!

I travel to Idaho and Utah a lot! Always finding Dutch Bros whenever I can. I've been to multiple locations over the years. The Dutch Bros on main has consistently had genuine authentic carrying stuff and their customer service is amazing!!! Even with long lines they seem to get your drink out fast and always smiling! Out of all the stores I've been to it's my favorite one to go to .
