As of recently this place has slowly been going downhill. Usual drinks are beyond watered down. 3/4 of drinks are ice. No point to mobile order since you wait in cue as if you never mobile ordered. Also hard to talk to person who takes orders when No Scrubs is playing loud outside. Going to try the other locations

I order a very basic drink, cold brew/oatmilk/vanilla easy ice. Only the 5AM crew makes it good. Idk how the rest of the staff messes it up but the look of it, the taste of it is always off and never the same as the 5AM crew they are also friendly.

They close at 10 and we showed up at 9:48 but when we were ordering we got met with a very rude employee. We were gonna get a total of 5 drinks and already got attitude from this girl, She had on 2 pigtails braids and a beanie. She continued to remind us they close in 5 min when really it was only 9:51. As we were done ordering and gonna pay with cash she then decided it’s a good time to say she can’t take cash cause they close in 5 minutes. Hopefully next time we go here we won’t experience ugly attitude.
