I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt long enough but this is the worst dutch bros in town and the worst one I’ve ever been to the wait is ridiculous the service has never been good in my experience and they never acknowledge or apologize for making you wait 45 minutes for one drink I know it’s a new location but it’s been open for a little while and I would hope by now they would have gotten it together. I personally will just drive to other Dutch bros or Starbucks next time I want coffee.

Yes, they ask you to be social so you can get tips and good reviews, but it's annoying that I have to wait in line for 15 to 25 minutes to get a damn coffee because you wanna be overly socializing with one individual.

I have been coming to this location for a few months and really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as it was a new store and Dutch Bros is my favorite place to get drinks. However, none of my experiences have been good.
First, the wait at the drive through is insane. I’ve waited anywhere between 15-45 minutes for a single drink and a light line of cars. I have been skipped multiple times so that the baristas could take their friends orders. Then when I got to the window, half the time my drink was still not ready.
As many people have mentioned, the crew is always chatting, and paying more attention to song lyrics than managing orders.
I was very excited when mobile pickup was introduced so I wouldn’t have to wait in 100+ degree weather. However, when I arrive, my drinks have not even been started yet. I make it a point to always arrive after the estimated pick-up time because I know it will not be ready when I get there.
Today was kind of my last straw, I arrived to the store after my pick-up time as usual and my order had not been started, it has actually been cancelled.
I don’t know, I don’t want to be mean, but I have never had this experience at any other Dutch bros across three different states.

Service is slow I came in for a single tea and waited for more than 10 mins for a single item. They need to work on being a little faster. Even worse going through the drive thru… lots of giggles and goofing off l.

I love coming to Dutch Bros . The staff at this current location is to entertained with one another a little to much we saw at least 5 drinks before ours and waiting at least 20 min for our 2 drinks which is extra long. On top of getting it wrong…. Disappointed with the location/staff…..

Have always liked Dutch Bros since my first visits in Corvallis over 20 years ago. This location checks all the same positive checkboxes. I'm not sure how they expanded without losing their hiring practices and friendly atmosphere, but they pulled it off.
