Honest review. Not coming back.Patties were significantly smaller than buns. Meat was not seasoned. Burger was too smal for the price. Fries were good and crunchy with good flavor. 1 large fry was enough. 2 burgers 1 large fry 1 large drink $39. Not worth it. Staff was friendly. Overall 2 of 5 stars at best.

I love your products, especially the mushroom bacon burger.It’s been a while since I visited your store and was shocked at the price increases. Ok, covid was a game changer, I get it. BUT, I couldn’t stomach how filthy the store floor was, especially under the soda station. It was gross and neglected. A member was cleaning the chairs with a cloth but come on, the floor hasn’t been cleaned in ever. It turned me off to the other habits the store practices. I have to say, no one seems to care. Bad practice imo. Just sayin’ I may not be back ever.

He's rubbish with attention. They scammed me because I don't speak English, they gave me a sandwich and clearly I asked them for the biggest burger they have, and they still laugh at me. This was Nov. 30 around 6:30 in the afternoon. Besides, they charged me what the largest burger cost. And I still gave them tips. People taken advantage of and without shame. ?

We had a wonderful experience with this particular 5 Guys, the burgers were excellent and the Cajun fries were delicious. We ordered a little fry and got enough to last a lifetime!?Not to mention the lady at the register was very friendly and helpful.

Good food, it's fine, but just so expensive for a burger joint. Even for the amount of fries they give you (and they are generous with the fries), it's a bit of a shock dropping $30 for something that costs half of that anywhere else.
