On this visit the food was good but the service was terrible. We kept needing to find the waitress to place our order, get drink refills, order more food, and get our bill. The temperature was also very low in the restaurant, to the point of being uncomfortable

My grandson wanted some food from there. He went inside and ordered take out. It was nearly 45 minutes and he still had not come out. No new diners came in only one person picked up an order. When I went to see if everything was ok. A girl went and picked up the order already in a bag and talked to a couple of guys and then one guy came and brought the food to pay. He was not given any explanation. I had waited out side in the car for those 45 minutes with my sister. This was the worst service I have experienced in quite a while. Usually some one will let you know why it is taking so long. I am totally dissatisfied and will let all of my friend and co workers know of this experience and ask if they have had similar experiences. Terrible wait with only two families inside that came while he was still inside waiting. No other customers showed up while we waited outside.

The food was absolutely delicious. Their build a bowl has always been their main feat and with great reason. I've been here 3 times and the service is always amazing complimenting the great food. Very courteous employees and the facility is just beautiful from the inside. It's slightly small but it hardly takes away from the experience. Definitely recommend it.

Went in yesterday Aug 16th stayed approx 30min wasn't offended water , order was not taken did not get greeted when entering we had a table a three Inside there was approximately 10 people and I saw one or two or three waitresses one of them mentioned they had a new cook.
A new cook doesn't prohibit a waitress from greeting customers and bringing water so me and my buddies Walked out and went somewhere else
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant terrible service and bad customer service terribly wait wrong atmosphere
