Tried ordering the 5.99 meal today at 1:15 pm and the girl taking drive through orders was the rudest person in the whole world. She cut me off in the middle of ordering with the rudest tone ever! I felt so belittled and disrespected please fire this person!!

We felt like we had entered a time warp! So lucky to have had this experience. Memories from when our kids were young visiting GRANDY’S in Sherman Texas in the late 80’s. Looks the same inside as ours and the food was still delicious 😋 Thanks for the beautiful memories, great service and food!

Food is ok gravy was watered down and the rolls were hard as a rock . Will not be going back anytime soon cfs was good and the green beans had good flavor
Chicken fried Gizzards with white gravy are my favorite food of all time and grandy's no longer offers them year round. Gizzards are literally the only thing I would go there for.
Update: Evidently they didn't completely get rid of gizzards but they are now a seasonal menu item. I gave them two more stars for the effort that they put into trying to make things right. The human being gets 7 stars for their service, the corporation get 3 stars for their decision. If they made gizzards twice a year, for a full month each I would give them a 4th star. I received an email from grandy's and they were very understanding and sympathetic. The person even offered to cook the gizzards for me if I could find some from the grocery store. I don't know who they were if they were some kind of manager or what? But bless their heart... They didn't even give me their name or anything but that is the level of going above and beyond that you never see. So, give them a try.

Used to be so good... I dunno what happened, but it sure aint anymore. Dried out, over cooked, yet somehow also cold chicken and mashed potatoes that taste exactly the way natural gas smells.
