As food trucks go, this isn't memorable. I usually get the chicken and rice dish, but it isn't anything exceptional. If you're looking for a burger or hot dog, this is an okay place. The food's not bad, but it's also not great. You won't starve and your wallet won't cry.
Very friendly owners!!! I totally recommend stopping by and seeing them. To my last knowledge, they were parked next to Las Cruces Motor Sports on South Valley. Hamburgers, hots dogs and my favorite - grilled cheese. Breakfast foods, too! Can't go wrong here. Grilled cheese order coming soon! Support local!
Almost always found at the farmer's market on Saturdays, they have recently upgraded their food truck. The food is still excellent, and well worth waiting to get something hot of the grill. Russ and Mercy (the owners I believe) seem to be in the thick of things going on locally, and provide an excellent tasting burger or chicken sandwich(before it sells out for the day) at reasonable prices.
