Used to be one of my favorite hangouts to grab some food whether it was early in the morning or late at night. Been going here for years but these last few times I’ve visit this location, the service has sucked. The reason why I am writing this is because of the particular service of the blonde lady who works late at night. Her service was far more than subpar than I have ever received at any IHOP. Unfortunately this is the straw that has broke the camel’s back until there is foreseeable change I probably won’t come back despite my longstanding loyalty I have had to this location.

I will never return to this ihop again, your employees were very rude and discriminatory towards me and yalls manager was semi hostile towards me even after up to the point where I paid for my meal which they made me pay first and never even gave me a moment nor opportunity to even look at my menu assuming I was a no good thief. Im going through some hard times and had on a hood to keep warm that had raised their red flags but still wven after I had paid early after being told I had to pay right away before ordering or receiving my meal, they still continued to walk by me give me dirty looks and harass me as well as they purposely had taken an extra 4 dollars off my card to tip themselves and I would request and advise you give me my money back and because of you I want you to know, I will never Ever eat at another ihop establishment again and definitely never again at this specific location. You should be very lucky I didn't press charges on your staff as well as your boss who i know of fairly decent. I will be in tomorrow to collect my refund and if my refund is refused you will be held accountable. I promise you. Also im pretty sure they called tge police to try and have me removed or arrested when I did nothing wrong to anyone. Your harassment and your discrimination is the reason why I dont rarely ever trust or eat at ihop and may delete ny rewards app now cause of last night on 11/27

I arrived home late-night from a long trip and didn't have groceries so I ordered delivery from IHOP in the wee hours of the morning. It was delivered super fast and piping hot. It was a treat and felt like room service.

This is one of the best Ihops we have been to. The food was delicious. Our waitress was awesome and attentive. You can tell the manager cares about the establishment and was helping her staff and present in every aspect. Great customer service.
