Didn't take long to get my order but don't expect your sandwich to even remotely resemble the photo! Pretty sad! Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich literally looked sat on. Jack's Spicy Chicken appeared to be yesterday's order, fried at least twice or fried in oil as old as the location itself. And to top it off, no napkins included in the drive thru! Where has customer service and quality gone or are these just antiquated notions???!!!

Pathetic excuse for tacos. Tiny amount of filling, mostly lettuce and dripping with oil or grease. They must be deep fried, never heard of such a taco. Shells were soft in the middle and over crunchy or hard on the edges. Either learn how to make good tacos like so many of your local competitors or take them off your menu. Servive was okay. I ordered from the self order screen, so service was half me and half JITB.

I ordered through doordash and everything kept getting worse. First, they forgot my drink for the munchies meal like the picture below submitted from dasher shows. My fiance then takes out his burger and it was so small and the bread was also hard. Then, I put my burger down from munchie meals that should have two patties, to bite my taco and the top bun fell and i seen the patty on top looked like it was bitten three times, attaching pictures below. So disgusting and concerning.
I pray to get a full refund because I can’t imagine ever spending money at this location.

Very bad environment the manager yells at every one you can hear her being rude and employees are embarrassed they keep saying sorry for her behavior and when they don’t want to make food fresh they just reheat it so nasty

Don't go there at night. People there are rude and lazy after 12 a.m., like I'm so sorry you wanted to work graveyard. I asked for an item to add to my fries, but i guess that the system changes drastically once the clock hits 12 at night. The alleged manager told me that it is not possible to do what I was asking for. And I've even told him that every time I come during the day, staff is always able to do it. He just said, "I'm sorry, but the system is not letting me do that."
I don't know about that but to me that's straight laziness. Plus, it is not like I'm asking him to prepare me for a 5-star gourmet dish or something. Or something that is free, and im somehow I'm exploiting it. No, what im asking him to add is an item extra that even the system charges me more money. So, in my opinion, this worker is not even competent enough to do what's the best for the company over a little less things to do.
