Great sandwiches. We had never been before so a little confused, all the workers seemed very hyperactive, loud and rushed. I guess they were trying to get people through quickly, but they did a good job.

The guys working were not only upbeat, friendly, and patient with my boys while they ordered, but they also took my dietary restrictions seriously.
I used to visit other locations regularly for cheese steaks, now that I'm Gluten-free, I appreciate them even more.
Glad this location opened as I really enjoy their cheese steak.

ordered/paid for cold sandwich through app. arrived in store and watched a dozen customers walk in, place orders, and be served before me. Took 23 minutes to hand me the bag after placing order. Supervisor lied multiple times, about other customers being before me when they arrived and placed orders long after I drove there and began waiting. Supervisor lied again and said my order just came up 40 seconds ago when it had been sitting there for close to 15 minutes. Pathetic service, lousy supervisor.

Last Friday, I did a mobile app order (like I usually do) for 3 sandwiches and a friend was to pick up the order.
When we opened the "sealed" bag, it only had 2 sandwiches! The missing one was my sisters, who was visiting from out of town and never had Jersey Mikes.
How embarrassing to tell her that our local JM location forgot her sandwich.I spent the next 10 mins on the line with a Manager, requesting a refund.
Before the refund, they wanted me to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the missing sandwich. I told them no because we have a limited time for lunch. They then asked if they could remake the missing sandwich (fresh) and have someone from the store bring it to us. I decline also, as that would take up the same amount of time, if not more, if we were to make the 2nd unnecessary trip.
Ultimately, the Manager called the Owner and got the approval from them to issue me a refund. I was told to expect it back on my card within 2-3 days. Unsure of if she meant days or business days.
I called today, a week later, to follow up on my refund as I had not seen it hit my bank account, and I spoke with Manager Tara, and she informed me that it usually takes 3-5 days! I told her the manager from Friday told me 2-3 and she said I was misinformed. Ok.
She then suggested that I made the trip back to the restaurant and they can put the refund, that I should've gotten already, on the card. I don't understand why if a restaurant messes up by not having anyone make sure the order going out is correct, becomes the customers responsibility to get their refund by making an unnecessary trip to restaurant.
I tipped them $2 (last week) as a thank you for job well done. Boy, did I make a big, "Open Mouth, Insert Foot" mistake with them that day.
In this day in age, shouldn't refunds be done electronically? Gone are the days were we deal with physical cash. I would understand then, going back to he restaurant and getting my cash refund.

Oh! I ended up sharing the other half of my sandwich with my sister as she did not have a sandwich to enjoy. I don't think I'll go back willing or order from them again, for awhile, having been failed twice.
