We love Jim Bob's! If you are looking for great food, atmosphere and the friendliest interactions then I highly recommend eating here! It is worth the small drive and It is family friendly our 3 kids love going here just as much as we do!Kid-friendliness: They have a interactive table and a plane indoors that kids interact with and recently added a coloring table were kids can color and get their artwork hanged up!
This is definitely the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I’ve flown in from Phoenix a few times. Everything is cooked to perfection, great flavor, and excellent service.

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere! We made a quick stop for breakfast burritos while passing through on the interstate. We ordered one hotlink and one brisket breakfast burrito to go. The hotlink breakfast burrito with their green salsa was very likely the most enjoyable burrito I've ever had. Incredible! I wish we had more time to explore the rest of the menu. This is truly a unique place. And the aviation decor was as perfectly executed as the New Mexico twist on barbecue. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my regular hangout.

A small utilitarian spot located in an airport. The burgers and sandwiches are spot on with a crazy number of innovative sauces on each table to compliment any palate. The smoked sausage sandwich was excellent. It's unique, out of the way, but worth a visit.

These guys were @ the Airshow and while the food was ok and lines were expected I feel like that they were a bit unprepared ..I grabbed napkins as one does for bbq and the lady cashier made a face and sound like a grabbed too many..I assume she did this because they were low on everything.. so service was meh.. another critique is that the bbq bottles were Not labeled spicy or regular only with colored rubber bands which is great if you are part of the work crew but not if you're a customer especially a customer with kids.. all in all it was so so... but a 4.7 in Google ..definitely Not!

First time trying Jim Bobs BBQ. We were at the Las Cruces Airshow so they were serving a very limited menu from a vendor tent. I had the shredded brisket sandwich, hubby had the shredded pork, and a friend had the shredded pork with the potato salad. All sandwiches were good and the potato salad tasted good but all the potatoes weren't fully cooked. We plan on going back to try something from the actual menu.
Amazing BBQ place! The food is great, the staff is nice and the atmosphere is cool airport and airplane stuff. Super cool! The different sauces are super tasty as well. Definitely worth visiting!

Had the almost magma burgersliced sausage and the brisket.Let's talk sauces, all in house none were beyond hot. S Carolina was my favorite, however all were goodThe smoke was good with pecan wood.Overall, very good and well worth the money.
