Had good subs delivered from here for while.. but for the last couple times they keep screwing everything up, like messing up the order, giving nasty soda and pickles.. this time they messed up my sub, gave me nearly burnt bread, nasty diet coke, and 2 day expired pesto. Not ordering from here anymore. Just terrible.

TERRIBLE customer service. The general manager is a rude and inconsiderate person. They messed up my food TWICE and the general manager acted like it was my fault. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. There's much better options across the street.

Food is par. They said they might start doing hot food in the next 1/2 year. To do so, they need the equipment. But if the managers lose their incentive for a year. They rather not have hot food. (Sad)Service never enough employees. Or everyone is always on their phone. And for a place to have commercials with cycling drivers. Y is there no cyclist driving tor Jimmy John.
