Female employee made me bag my own to go order. Typically I wouldn't mind such small thing but when there is no other customers in the store and there are 5 other workers just standing around I find it rude. Usually great service but today was not it.

I tried to order, I worked for the carnival, and we worked late nights. They were open, but once I told them my address, they hung up and never answered again. 9/29/24 11:00pm Whoever was answering was vert disrespectful. Service was horrible .

This place is the worst. Even with tipping well, they just don't give a ph**k when they make orders, and they are lazy and rude. Really horrible experiences and will no longer order our office's lunches from them. UGH.

A while back, in placed an online order for pick-up. It was not ready by the time it said it should be. The most frustrating part was that, while I was standing there waiting, people were walking in, ordering, and leaving with their order. I had placed my order well in advance for a reason. When I spoke with the employees, they were unapologetic and rude.

JJ is always my go-to when I need to order lunch to the office. Inexpensive for those of us on a budget. The food is always correct, and delicious. However, my last order from here was on August 18 and my delivery charge was only $1.75. Today I ordered, and my delivery charge had gone up 150% to $4.50. If I had an extra $5 to spend on delivery, I certainly wouldn't order Jimmy Johns. Sadly, this will be my last delivery order from JJ. Thanks for all the amazing and INEXPENSIVE office lunches. See you in the next life.
