After traveling for about a week, our family was really craving Korean food, and K Bowl near New Mexico State University was exactly what we needed. We were traveling with our kids and Grandma, and it was a great spot for all of us. We ordered the chicken, beef, and pork, and every dish was delicious and tasted homemade. We’ve been full before on this trip from BBQ, Mexican food, and other options, but this was a different kind of full—truly satisfying, if you know what I mean. If you’re near NMSU and craving Korean food, I highly recommend K Bowl. It’s the kind of meal that reminds you why certain foods just feel right.
