Owner and staff are very patient and friendly. Love the vegan option- some of the best prepared tofu I've had! Food is so fresh and filling.
I bought three bowls and two sodas 2 chicken and one beef the beef was good I was thinking there was more toppings but there was about 6-8 only and you can only get 3 without paying extra it was pretty pricey spent $50+ service was fast and friendly
Saw a local videographer do a review on tik tok about this place and had to try it out and it didn't disappoint. The staff was helpful and friendly and also helping me how the bowls work for being a new customer and all. The food was very fresh and delicious flavor. Will be one of my regular places to go and they let local businesses put up their cards for customers to take and that was a plus for me. The spicy pork was amazing next time I'll get the grilled chicken bowl.

We decided to give K-Bowl a try in Las Cruces this weekend. Although the restaurant was extremely busy, the beef bulgogi bowl was excellent. You have a choice of a base, I chose white rice, the meat (i.e., beef, chicken or spicy pork), and your choice of 3 vegetables. You get charged extra if you choose more than 3, as I found out. We also had an order of mandu. They burnt the edges a little bit, but they were still very tasty and almost as good as I used to get when I lived in S. Korea. I will definitely eat here again.
