Poor customer service. I placed my order an hour and a half in advance. When I arrived I was told it would be ready soon. After 15 minutes, I asked if they had my order. He said they were waiting on chicken. The first person led me to believe that it would be ready soon. Here it is 20 minutes and I have the time to review them. Maybe I'm here for the evening.

Terrible customer service. Went to get some wings they said it’ll be 10 min for them to be ready so I waited 15 min later I went in and they hadn’t even dropped to be cooked. No apologies nothing. And there was no customers in there to wait that long.

Don't come here not only do they take their precious time answering in the drive thru but also give you the wrong order. They still give you attitude for telling them about your order. No utensils and napkins. 3 times going thru the same drive thru and couldn't have a simple order ready.

When in at 6pm with 1 elderly person ahead of and no other customers inside. As I was waiting for someone to take my order, no one did, I was just ignored therefore as it was 614pm I decided to leave as 3 workers were just walking back and forth from the drive thru and front counter and another worker gotten a tray of food and sits down to eat. Guess KFC doesn't need any customers business as this is the 2nd time I had walked out after giving KFC a 2nd chance. Not even a star is deserved.
