I ordered through Doordash. I was really looking forward to this but the gyro platter was lacking and it's really sad to see that they put water in the Tzasiki. I'll definitely give this place another try. The rice was good and my order was delivered quickly. Maybe it was an off day but first impressions matter.

The food was delicious. We were a group of 7. All enjoyed their meals, one even taking a meal home. I've eaten there several times. I also shop at the King Grill store for the imported goodies.

A Middle Eastern Delight with a Global TouchI recently had the pleasure of dining at King Market/Grill that left me utterly impressed and wholly satisfied. Tucked away in the heart of the city, (Solano & Nevada) and this hidden gem not only offers an exceptional culinary experience but also boasts outstanding service that goes above and beyond. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The menu, a delightful exploration of Middle Eastern cuisine, offers an array of dishes that cater to both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Each dish is a symphony of flavors, expertly crafted with fresh and high-quality ingredients. From the aromatic spices to the succulent meats, every bite tells a story of tradition and culinary expertise. While the dining area may lack the opulence of some high-end establishments, it possesses a charm that is both inviting and authentic. The simplicity of the decor allows the food to take center stage, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a family gathering. The casual setting fosters a sense of camaraderie among diners, making it an enjoyable place to share a meal with friends or family. What sets King Grill apart is its unique connection to a neighboring grocery store, King Market, specializing in international foods. This dual concept adds an extra layer to the dining experience, allowing patrons to explore and purchase authentic ingredients to recreate the flavors of the restaurant in the comfort of their own homes. The grocery store is a treasure trove of culinary delights, offering a wide selection of spices, sauces, and other specialties that reflect the restaurant's commitment to authenticity. One cannot help but appreciate the integrity with which this establishment operates. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. It's evident that the restaurant values not only the satisfaction of its customers but also the integrity of the culinary traditions it represents.King Grill is a true standout in the culinary scene. With its exceptional food, impeccable service, and a unique connection to a diverse grocery store, it offers a complete and enriching dining experience. If you're looking for a place where delicious flavors, affordability, and cultural authenticity converge, this is the place to be. It's not just a restaurant; it's a celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine with a global touch.

Our 1st time at the King Grill. Had a great lunch. We had falafel and hummus and both had a gyro. We'll get shawarma wraps on our next visit to Las Cruces from Silver City.

Finally got this middle eastern restaurant connected to King Grocery, featuring middle eastern foods. I tried the dolma and falafel appetizers and my partner had the baba ganoush with pita bread. The dolma were middle eastern style with rice and tzaziki sauce rather than oil/lemon sauce or lemon-egg sauce. It was not a winner. The falafel was also served with tzaziki, again not winning combo. I had the gyro sandwich with tzaziki sauce. The baba ganoush was a winner. The sandwich had more than ample amounts of meat. Might have preferred the gyro minus the pita. My partner the lamb shawarma with ever present tzaziki sauce. Both sandwiches were served with a substantial Greek salad, which made this a good value item on the sandwich list. The pita bread was wrapped around the meat and fillings rather in pita bread pocket, not my preferred way of making a gyro. We were served 12 ounce bottles of water.Since Las Cruces does have a lot of non-Mexican restaurants, we hope this middle eastern restaurant is successful, but we were unimpressed with the food on our first visit.

Excellent food in a bare bones, sparsely decorated and very quiet environment. It's hard to understand how a place serving good and healthy food is always so empty. Maybe a bit of decorating could add a welcoming atmosphere that would make people want to come and hang out here.

This is by far my favorite place in town for food. Nothing beats Kings Grill AT ALL! Everyone please go visit and support this business. Shop their market as well for amazing teas, spices and other delicious food items! The food is the best, presentation of the food is on point and the owner is the friendliest and most caring of all places in town! Best place in town!

Food is absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The entrees arrived hot and in a timely manner. The ambiance is lacking but the food more than makes up for it.

Great vegetarian plate. Fries were crispy and hot. Swarma was good but rice was not hot. Hot tea was superb.Definitely short handed for dine in but got the impression they do alot of carry out. Service was good other than the normal issues with understaffing.Wheelchair accessibility: Was easy access despite parking. They have installed a ramp.
