This is the best bakery in town in my book. It's simply baked goods done right. None of the doughy, tough creations that you can find at other places around town here. If I want something fancy for a party, their light, delicious, melt in your mouth Mexican wedding cookies are always my go to. Doughnuts are delicious as are all their pastries. Plus, they have the best challah in town. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick and pleasant. What's not to love about this wonderful bakery? Many don't realize that this small shop located in a strip mall just south of Save Mart on Valley is once again open full time with hours plainly posted to the outside.

Great pastry, like Mom used to make as I was growing up. Loved everything !! Keep it up and thank you from an old retired soldier.

I’ve been to every place in town that sells donuts and nobody compares to La Fiesta Bakery. They have the BEST in Las Cruces! The donuts are fluffy and well baked. This is a must go to, no regrets!

Really small shop. Very crowded. Apple fritters didn't taste that good. I highly recommend Bosa donuts down the street.

Not a welcoming atmosphere. The glazed donut I bought was chewy and it had green specks on the bottom which looked like mold. Didn’t seem fresh at all. Will not be going back.
