We tried the chicken lime cilantro taco and the carne asada taco. Wowzers!! So full of flavor. Wish I was hungrier to try more.

I found this truck at the BBBS Mud Volleyball Tournament at Blue Moon. I went to it because there was no line. Why was there no line? These tacos were AMAZING! I got the trio combo and each taco was overstuffed and bursting with "far out" flavor. I will be looking for these guys at future events!

Every Saturday morning after I’m done hitting the heavy bag in the gym, I always stop at Leo’s food truck and get the best tacos this town has to offer. The flavor of the carne asada is something definitely out of this world. Love seeing my favorite truck where the food is always hot and the party never stops

Leo’s is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Cruces. They are extremely consistent, every time my husband and I go to an event, they are there serving fresh hot food with a smile. I have tried a lot of the menu and love all of it. I have had the opportunity to meet the owners who express nothing but gratitude for wanting to bring delicious food to Las Cruces. I would gladly recommended Leo’s to anyone looking for an experience.

Yesterday after work I really didn’t want to cook dinner. I saw Leo’s taco truck parked in our business complex. I ordered the Cilantro Chicken Taco plate; the young lady that helped me was super sweet and friendly. I waited in my car and they brought my order out super quick. The tacos were f-ing good!!!! I could have eaten 10 more…seriously!!!!!! I ordered the hot sauce and boy oh boy, I’m Mexican and I can eat hot and I mean super-hot chile, let’s just say this salsa is Mexican approved! My mouth was on FIRE! It made me want even more….
