The pizza we ordered was nothing like the pizza that we received. They advertise the pizza to have over 100 pieces of pepperoni baked all the way to the edge crisp and caramelized. We Received a regular pepperoni pizza with Not even half the amount of pepperoni. It’s not like these are five or $10 pizzas anymore either. Do better!

The counter gal was friendly and very helpful as she provided me a small carryout box for my leftover pizza that I could not eat. The pizza was piping hot when I received it, but it was made with too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese... dedicating one star because of this.

Overall, not a bad spot. The only problem was that we ordered over the phone, and the lady on the other end could not for the life of her understand what we were saying. Because of that, she made us Extra Most Bestest pizzas, when we didn't really have the budget to purchase those. But it was good though! I ate like, 6 pieces lol. There was definitely an internal reckoning afterward though 😅
Ordered a pizza in store. Waited 30 minutes. Had to remind them I was waiting. Pizza was cold and was prepared wrong. I won't go there any more. Us veterans are aware we're not welcome in our own country.

I tried going at 10 when the website says 11 and all I was told is that they are down...other employees inside started flickering the lights and so this experience will keep me away from this location...as I will also inform all of my contacts....

I would not give even 1 star. I ordered a hot n ready and breadsticks. The pizza was so Burnt from sitting in the warmers and the breadsticks were so hard you couldn't even break them. I called and asked for a manger that was on duty at 8:30pm on 6/15, acted like she didn’t even care. All I got was a and well sorry ok. Poor customer at el paseo location.

Recently ordered a 3 meat pizza We live 30 minutes from this location After getting home and eating we noticed a pice of hair Didn’t think much thought it was mine Until I pulled it and it was cooked inside the pizza Was on the phone for 10 minutes and no one answered.

on 1/25/2025 I walked into this little ceasar’s around 11:00a. I waited there for about 5 minutes until someone finally walked out of what i am assuming is the office area. I thought i was finally going to get service (I literally just wanted 1 hot & ready pizza) this man proceeds to ROLL HIS EYES AT ME AND WALK TO THE BACK! i waited for ANOTHER 10 minutes & still nothing. I simply LEFT & went to the little ceaser’s off of main street. i will never come here again. CLEARLY my business was not appreciated.
