I didn't like my experience here. If you have small kids dont bring them.the staff listens to heavy rap music with ample swearing. I wouldn't have a problem if it was a radio edited version but waiting for an order here is such a problem. The food took a bit longer than other little Ceasars by anywhere from 5 to 12 minutes. Food tasted very mid.
Was there today about9pm.Bad service, unhappy bad karma employees.. good pizza but employees make it all bad. Hey Mr Manager, try to find employees with descent attitudes.. oh ps, Jose is the only goodJuan.

The pizza is fine, regular little Caesars pizza. But the prices on the drive thru board never match the real price charged. If u happen to ask for a receipt and catch the mistake, they'll want to refund the order (which will take days to get the money back in the bank) and recharge the order to the price advertised. Dominos pizza down the street on Roadrunner Ave treats their customers way better.

Their service is what kills this location we tried to order a pizza via drive thru nothing was ready, we decided to try somewhere else. Unfortunately we were stuck behind 2 vehicles that were also waiting so we decided to place an order on the app. We waited 7-10 mins after placing the order via the app in the drive thru got to the window explained because they didnt park the cars in front of us we were stuck & decided to order on the app. The manger told us it would be 3-5 mins & asked us to park behind the store where there is no lighting, I told him I wasn't comfortable parking back there he said I can park in the front I told him it's been 3 mins for this conversation can I just get my pizza through drive thru, he said if I didn't move he would call the police, I asked him for a refund & he didn't give me a refund (still till this day) & I never got my pizza. He also said that I had to cancel my order in the app. Later I found out you can't cancel the order in the app. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I had never been to this location before but had just left DACC and wanted to know if there was a Caesar's location nearby because my daughter had wanted an extra most bestest allday so I went into my GPS and found that there was in fact a location on Sanoma. It guided me to a small shopping plaza on my right where I saw that it did say Little Caesar's on the sign that listed the businesses in that plaza. So I took a right and then another right and as I enter the lot of the plaza I don't see a little Caesar's but I did see another car drive around to the back of the building so I thought maybe there are more businesses on the backside so I followed and started to drive around the side of the building where the other car had gone and when I get on the side I see the car at a window stopped and I realized then that I may have found the drive thru for Ceasars. After the car pulls off I pull upto the window and I see a girl with maybe a reddish brownish colored hair, glasses and a fabric face mask on who was mopping I thing. I knocked on the window and when she looked behind her she rolled her eyes and then opens the window. I told the girl "I'm sorry was there a speaker I was supposed to stop at back there because I hadn't seen it" and she replied in a very smart ass tone "Yes this is a drive-thru!" I told her again I was sorry because I just didn't notice any speaker or menu and she looks in the direction behind my car and has an expression on her face that implied "how could anyone miss that big obvious speaker?". I ordered and payed but after she gave me my pizza she made sure to make a remark saying "You probably shouldn't be driving if I couldn't even see something as obvious as their speaker." I was taken back and so shocked by this rude remark as she had tried her best to make me feel as dumb as could be. I told her I'm not intoxicated or anything , I had just left class and I guess I wasn't looking for the speaker. I pulled out and was very offended by the comment and decided to look for the speaker I never saw to find out how I missed it. I quickly discovered why I hadn't seen it when I discovered that it didn't have any light on and the building sign wasn't on either and that's when it dawned on me that I was too busy looking up to find the actual business and that's why I hadn't been looking for a speaker but it was dark outside and the menu or speaker was completely dark as well so then I realized just how rude the girl working the drive-thru was when I was perfectly fine. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Never will I ever go back.

placed an order online Custom Stuffed crust with extra cheese pepperoni and pineapple also ordered stuffed crazy bread got to store at scheduled time waited 20 minutes for someone to come from back and acknowledge the 6 people standing there when worker got to me he asked what i ordered he grabbed a box and bag and tossed it on counter said have a nice night, got home had a cold pepperoni pizza so stuffed crust no pineapple no extra cheese opened bag and cold under cooked bread stick not the stuffed bread i ordered Will def her my last visit to this store

They taking a long time to even get my online order. And there was nobody in the location. Basically ignored at this point. They also often mess up my order or flat out cancelled orders without warning.

They told us our pizza would be ready in 5-10 minutes and we ended up waiting 30 minutes plus. If it were busy I could understand but it was us and only one other car. And the pizza was mid

I actually visited this location twice at two different times two different days and both times the staff were extremely underwhelming and the pizza did not make up for it each time the employees were on auto pilot it was pretty disappointing
