The load cheese fries are amazingly good. My brother had the combo plate and he loved it. Great place to eat for everyone. They even serve Ramen. I heard rumor that they might be serving loaded back potatoes. 😉😍😋🤤

I LOVE ALL THE BIRRIA dishes! The birria tacos and birria ramen are some of my favorite menu items to get and some times I will suprise my family with the 50 taco plater which is well worth the price! The lady's that work here are friendly and wonderful! They also have specials everyday for certain items so absolutely worth it to stop by on those days and get a great meal. My only issue is they close early :(

The food is UNMATCHED!!
Upon my first visit to this restaurant, I must admit my expectations were low. Despite having called ahead to place my order, I was taken aback to find that my food wasn’t ready upon my arrival, especially considering the restaurant was nearly deserted. The 20-minute drive left me wondering about the delay. However, my skepticism began to fade when I discovered that my order was not only accurate but remarkably fresh, sparking a glimmer of hope as I prepared to dive into the culinary experience.
Let’s start with the asada fries. Unfortunately, these were just average. The steak was decent, but the fries fell flat, desperately lacking seasoning. A simple sprinkle of salt and pepper would have made a world of difference. Additionally, the onions could have benefited from a softer texture, ideally achieved through dicing them more or sautéing. Overall, I’d rate the asada fries a modest 3 out of 5.
Now, let’s talk about the true highlight of this meal: the birria tacos. These were nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first bite, I was hit with an explosion of flavor that genuinely surprised me, especially given the typical shortcomings of similar establishments in the area. In fact, the tacos were so delectable that I could hardly resist finishing the first one before even considering dipping it in the consomme. When I finally did take that plunge, the consomme only intensified the flavors, transforming each bite into a delightful experience.
The consomme itself was amazing, and sparked delightful visions of birria ramen. Initially, I hadn’t planned...on returning, but the birria tacos and their accompanying consomme have certainly changed my mind. I wholeheartedly give them a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend you give them a try. This hidden gem is worth the visit, and I can't wait to return for more.
PS: There is no photo of the birria tacos because I was so busy enjoying them that I forgot to take one.
Los Corrales is my go to for lunch. Great food and prices.

Love to get tacos while my oil is changed.
Burria tacos and fresh lemonade with cucumber was delicious. The atmosphere is unique but it was cold. I'll be coming back for more. A little pricey like any other restaurant.
Really enjoyed our lunch this past Thursday. Place was packed and the food was great. The owner made several trips from the kitchen to ensure we had everything we needed. Slightly understaffed due to employees calling in sick, but the service was awesome. The feeling we left with, was like leaving a friend's home. I will definitely be back.

This was one of the most amazing lunches that I had in quite some time. If you are ever in los Corrales order the Ramen, tremendous flavor the fresh cilantro and stewed meat was absolutely delicious.. A very unique setting with awesome antiques which I thoroughly enjoyed and the staff was friendly attentive, despite the place being packed, they navigated and hustled throughout our lunch ensuring our experience was great! Los Corrales will be my go to every time I visit Las Cruces!

Waited over 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally received it, the beans and tacos were cold. Service was extremely s-l-o-w. Carne asada tasted like hamburger meat. Very disappointed. Of course you would think we didn't pay. We had one tab paid in full and still left a tip. We were only there for an hour, so you are obviously mistaken or lying. Being short-handed is no excuse for poor service and cold food. Try paying your staff a decent wage.
