Some of the most bland Mexican food I've ever had. Burrito was dry. Chicken, beans and beef were all unseasoned, Chile relleno nearly raw and breading was soggy, guac was watery, salsa was ok

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience, and I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused you and your family. That was never my intention.

I would like to explain my side so there is no misunderstanding. When you asked for a moment to think about your order, I placed the call on mute so the background noise wouldn’t bother you, but I was still listening. I didn’t hear anything afterward, and the call suddenly disconnected on my end. I truly thought you had changed your mind or the call had dropped. There was absolutely no intention to hang up on you.

When the call came in again, I didn’t realize it was you requesting a supervisor because the line was cutting, and then the call disconnected once more. I’m very sorry for how this came across — I understand how frustrating that must have been.

I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I will definitely use this experience to improve my communication and make sure this doesn’t happen again. If you give us another chance, we would be happy to serve you the way you deserve. Thank you again for your feedback.

Today I had a bad experience. I was mid way to Los Mariachis. I called to order plates for me and my family one of managers named jenny took my order. The plate I asked for apparently wasnt on the menu. So I asked if she can hold on the line for a minute. I did not want to complicate things so i quickly thought of ordering what my husbad had chosen. Jenny had me waiting on the phone 3-4 minutes and she just hung up. When i called back, she answered again and i asked if i can speak to her superiors and she hung up again. She could have directed me to the drive through or going into the resturant to take my order, she could have been honest if she didnt have anytime to wait on the phone. It was the other way around. I was the one waiting for her on the line. Instead of her finding a proper solution she created a problem. Overall her poor service and unprofessionalism was a waste of time.

First time trying. Service was excellent. Food tasted delicious!! We got the Flautas with chicken plate and a Caldo de Res. Totally recommend them! I forgot to take pics. Will be back next we are in Las Cruces.
