I love lotus boba its my favorite place to go but on August first I ordered large a butterfly pea tea with lemon juice and rainbow poppers they made it horribly since they it was close to closing refused to make anything that had to go in the blender and we were understanding so if they couldn't have made the pea tea correctly we would of chosen something else. very disappointed in this times service I called to see if they'd make it right with no answer.

Tried Chai flavored and it tasted completely off. Not even a bit creamy being a ‘milk’ boba beverage, it was as if Drinking syrup of a watered down chai flavored and when asked if there was a chance to change the order they simply stated they couldn’t and that I could just pick and buy something else to drink from the menu.
I was so excited to try their boba and it didn't disappoint. They were very patient answering my questions.Highly recommend!
