Absolutely amazing service, greeting with kindness. I got the cookies and cream coffee boba and it was so delicious! The boba itself was perfect and the coffee tasted perfectly like cookies and cream! I would recommend this place for any boba enjoyers!

Amazing environment! Was greeted with great energy from the two girls working I believe there names were Alyssa and Meagan! This was my first time coming to this location I got the coconut smoothie and it was amazing and made in a timely manner! I will definitely be coming back!

I love lotus boba its my favorite place to go but on August first I ordered large a butterfly pea tea with lemon juice and rainbow poppers they made it horribly since they it was close to closing refused to make anything that had to go in the blender and we were understanding so if they couldn't have made the pea tea correctly we would of chosen something else. very disappointed in this times service I called to see if they'd make it right with no answer.
