May be ok for mall or gas station pizza but completely unsatisfactory as take-out pizza for dinner. We ordered online and when my husband got there at the pick up time, they hadn’t made it yet and the gates were locked. Apparently had no intention of making it. Website said they close at 5:45, he got there at 5:39. We paid for an ingredient the worker said they were out of. He added an ingredient we didn’t order. Super thin crust was barely cooked at the middle of the pizza. And on top of it all we paid good restaurant price for a poor pizza. Save your money

Tasted very close to little ceasers pizza. Way to expensive for the quality. Like someone wiped up old pizza sauce off the floor of a good pizza place with a piece of cardboard and soaked it in grease then added cheese. The guy working the counter was very nice. Boo to your pizza though. Not even in the top 10 for best pizza in Las Cruces.

Pizza was a little undercooked, no fountain drinks, no plates...had to ask, no Parmesan cheese, no pepper flakes...fried pickles were good but no ranch...that was extra. I won't be back.

The service was unprofessional and rude to both me and to other people who walked in while I waited for my food. We were all treated like an inconvenience. The food was overcooked took almost 20 minutes to get a corn dog.

Luigi's pizza located on Dona ana road was absolute the best place to go! I used to enjoy it very much.Now I unfortunately had a much different experience. I used Google Maps to call Luigi's pizza on Dona ana road which was listed as open ordered my pizza they told me it'd be ready in about 25 minutes. I went to go pick it up and discovered the building had been closed. I called back to find out that my phone call had been rerouted to a different one inside the mall and I was never informed.So I then had to go all the way into town get my now cold pizza and wings. Definitely did not get the friendly customer service I'd been used to receiving for the last 3 years. The pizza was over cooked. The garlic parmesan wings were dry with almost no sauce flavoring. Not to mention finding the location in the mall was a whole other process. Walk into food court don't see it anywhere. Google Map it shows pictures of it being by the cinema's so go over there still can't find it. Now calling to find out where in the mall this place is. To find out its not in the food court but it is by it. It's actually around the corner over on the other side of T-Mobile. Finally getting my subpar food. Going home which is about 25 miles away to eat cold food. That I paid full price for. That wasn't even worth it anymore. I'm so sad to see you go from one of the best to this. I hope to see you reopen your doors on Dona ana road 1 day again.
