Disappointing Experience on a Special Day I used to really enjoy Luna Rosa for its great food and service, but today was a letdown—especially since we were there with our wedding party. Our group was split up into a large table, a kids’ table, and a four-top. My husband and I sat at the four-top next to our party, but the server immediately came over and told us we couldn’t sit there. We said we were fine sitting separately as long as we were nearby, but she rudely told us we had to move to a two-top in the corner, away from everyone. There was no flexibility or kindness in how it was handled, even though we were polite. We ended up sitting at the bar, completely away from our group, and after 10 minutes, the four-top still wasn’t used. It was such a disappointing experience that we left and ate somewhere else—separate from our own wedding party. I really hope the management takes a look at how situations like this are handled in the future. It was unnecessarily upsetting on what should’ve been a joyful occasion.

Horrible customer service. Initially when me and wife arrived, a waiter was rude. She was more worried about seating people according to the restaurant’s profit (meaning: sit people according in to how they can make more money; not seat according the guests requests). We were with a pre-event wedding party to welcome family guess to las cruces. Talk about a bad decision licking this place.

The waiter wanted to seat us way in the corner away from everyone. We denied the decision, so they seated us at the kids table. We asked to sit at the table next to the main party but the waiter said the table was only for a party of four and they had a lot of other people coming in. There wasn’t a line. Plus, I felt there was huge lack of customer service. We were unhappy and disappointed. We will not be back and we win share our with friends, family, and colleagues about our experience. We do NOT recommend this place. We decided to leave the restaurant and go to la posta. The customer service was way better and we had no hassle.

The food at this Italian restaurant was good, but the service was a bit slow. Our server forgot to bring napkins and didn’t refill our water, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the pistachio ice cream lacked any real pistachio flavor. With some improvements in service and dessert, it could be much better.

Probably the best pizza in the area. I saw some reviewer complain about the prices but I feel that the prices are fair. The salad and caprese mozzarella were ok, nothing exceptional but Las Cruces is in the middle of nowhere and i think the city is lucky to have this place here.

The pizza was delicious, per Atlas, but we agree. TJ killed it with the service and a few Mario Kart tips. Patio is dog friendly so Lola could hang with us.

They charge you 10 bucks a glass for wine. Granted, I believe it is their own, however, it’s not that tasty. Additionally, this pizza photographed cost me $15. Back where I’m from you can get a pizza twice this size for less. Absolutely ridiculous, these people are taking advantage of you and your money. I highly recommend if you want really good wine in the area to go down the street to Lescombes. They don’t have pizza but everything is fresh, made with quality, and fairly priced.

I am done being taken advantage of by business owners in this area. Charge normal prices. Stop being an asshole.

Just stopped by to try some of their wines on a Saturday afternoon. There was a sign that said to wait to be seated. Nobody came after several minutes so we walked in. Someone told us to take a seat anywhere and they would find a server for us (there were only 2 other occupied tables). After several more minutes someone came by to wait on us and then disappeared again for a while. It just was not a great vibe and really poor service. The wines were mediocre, at best.

If you happen to stop by on a Monday you get the pizza half off. What a deal!! Our server Leana was so kind and attentive. We stopped by during our roadtrip and the service was quick and welcoming!
