This place lives up to the Hype!!! I can’t tell you how Amazing this food is. I ordered the todtadas mixtas and was blown away! Not only are the portions are insanely generous, the quality has to be the best I have ever had. Fresh and full of flavors in every bite! You have to try this place. The service is also hands down the best! Customer service comes naturally to this family! You feel it the moment they greet you with a smile and genuine care. It’s because they know you will LOVE their food. They handed me a small cup of caldo while I waited for my order and it was soooo good! By far the best experience and food I have had in Las Cruces! Thank you for the fantastic food and experience. Support local and support these people. You won’t regret it!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but I just had to for this food truck. I come from El Paso for an appointment and I came with a friend. As soon we came they were already greeting us the staff were friendly. My friend ordered for me, she ordered me tacos empanizados. And omg there were good. Also while we waited for our food they gave us a cup of caldillo which I love, I’m obsessed. I would come again for sure. I highly recommend this food truck.

Now that I got your attention, this place is a GOLD MINE for the owners. The grilled shrimp tacos are amazing; the BEST I have ever had. The dipping salsa just adds to the culinary experience. The surrounding tables are clean and provide a covered place to enjoy your food.
My Spanish is not that great but these folks understand that - just point to the picture and that is all it takes. Check out the menu pictures - I had the shrimp tacos on the middle-left on the picture menu board. YOU. WILL. NOT. REGRET. IT.

Güero fish/shrimp tacos are awesome. The salsas are awesome. So to are the additional dishes. Just be patient. Because good food takes time. It's all made fresh. So if you're in a hurry. Skip here. But when you have the time, the food is worth the wait. I promise.
My wife and I watched a Youtuber visit this food cart and tracked it down on Saturday, December 31, 2022, for lunch. This place had a line, and the seafood was ridiculously fresh. I'm talking like just caught, off the hook fresh. We ordered the extra-large, 32-ounce cup of ceviche for 300 pesos ($15.50). The guys cut and prepare the ceviche at the cart, in front of you, with lots of lime. They have six different kinds of ceviche, all of which contain tomato, onion, avocado, ketchup, lime, cilantro, and cucumber. The six kinds of ceviche are: Campechano- clam, squid, scallop, shrimp, sea snail, mussel, oyster, black clam and octopus; Guerito- clam, octopus, shrimp, and scallop; Clasico- shrimp, octopus and clam; Rey del Mar- clam, black clam and oyster; Cocido- shrimp, sea snail, squid, and octopus; and Bichi- shrimp with clamato. All of these are super fresh and made to order. I had the Guerito and loved it and my wife had the Campechano and loved it too. They also sell tostadas at this small stand and have a selection of hot sauces for toppings. Order anything here, it's all super fresh and delicious.
