Went in to pick up my mobile order and several of my co workers mobile orders. I got mine but the girl told me since the other two were drive through pick up I had to get in my car and pick them up through the drive through. I get in my car and go through the drive through like she said. When I went through the drive through they said they couldn’t find my order. I had my co workers hit I’m already here on the app to push the orders through. I go through the drive through a second time and still no orders are showing. I’m on my lunch so I have no other choice but leave empty handed. It was incredibly frustrating. When my co worker went in they were available for her at the counter like we originally intended yet they refused to make the orders fresh. To add insult to injury they claimed they had been calling the order out for over an hour. I really only go to Mc Donald’s for convenience, not even affordability any more because it’s so expensive. I’m going to stick to Starbucks and Burger King from now on.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. Sometimes I don't know when the French fries I eat are fried. They are not fresh. Every pick-up is the same. It can't be delivered in less than twenty minutes. Waiting for a long time, the speed is too slow.

Every single time I come here (usually every Tuesday with my mother) something is wrong. And now it’s gotten to the point where I don’t feel comfortable even going up to the counter to ask for something to be fixed, and if I do, it’s remade or worse then before. After the last mess up about a month ago, we stopped coming for a bit, and now after this first time back, we will not come here again. Won’t bother them, I’m sure, but just wanted to put my experiences out there.

I went in for a cup of coffee on a 4hr. road trip. The service was impeccable! A staff lady wiping tables in the café gave me directions to the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean. After ordering the coffee, the very nice counter staff lady asked if I was a senior (she actually asked- I'm 71 and obviously a senior!) And then charged me $ 0.55 for the small coffee! I almost fell over! The coffee was good and I am very impressed with this McDonalds! Thank you!

Every single time i come here they simply cannot complete one order correctly. I truly don’t understand how a job that’s made so simple is turned to be so incredibly hard. They cannot take one direction and follow it all, their brains just turn off. If you have an order that’s greater than one meal expect it to be screwed up because that’s been the case more times than they have done it right

Ordered a 20 Pc. Nugget , a basket of fries and two lg sweet tea lemonades, when I received my order, my drinks were ONLY sweet teas with NO ice, and no straws. My basket of fries which is my favorite part of the meal were completely cold. It's safe to say that im super disappointed ESPECIALLY having gone right after work.
Me and my friends came to have a little late night snack, we decided to sit near the play place we know better not to go play since we're too old but the two girls working night shift came and told us to get down in a very rudely way which offended us, as i came down i trippen and fell after they left i went to go pay as I was there waiting i overheard them snickering and laughing about how i had fell. as well as my friends order came in about 25 minutes later, the place was dead and they didn't apologize for their inconvenience. i honestly never come here and after probably never will again.

McDonald's is awesome just don't like the fact that they don't have changing tables for babies they should put some changing tables for babies in both men and women restrooms :) otherwise me and my kids love it
