The person in the drive thru was grabbing all the food in the bag to see if it was my food gave it to me and they gave just the buns nothings else in it so I went back I explained the guy was looking at me like I was crazy so I opened the food and he was like “ohh” so he got my sandwich didn’t even put it in a bag just hanged it to me. Customer service out the door with the food!

Costumer service is absolutely horrible. Despite being the "pretty McDonald's" in town its one of the nastiest places to visit. I'm Deaf and the kiosks are always broken forcing me to go to the front. The person at the front is always rude and impatient with me. Sighing and rolling her eyes at me. Making rude comments. Last time I went (2 days ago) while standing ordering one of the employees walked up the front and just yelled? I'm not sure entirely why or what happend. After he did it he just walked away. It's a McDonald's...its not supposed to be fine dining its supposed to be a place for teenagers to work and make quick cash. But being rude, ableist and obnoxious isn't ok. Though I will say, they have never messed up our orders and the food has always been fresh so that's a bonus.

Put mobile breakfast order in at 10:50 and payed for it as well pulled up at 11 to pick it up and they told me they didn’t make it bc I showed up at 11 I would’ve rather them tell me they’re just lazy and didn’t want to make breakfast

We ordered a double green chile hamburger and a double cheeseburger and coffee ☕. My husband and I are coffee ☕ drinkers. We drank our first cup of coffee ☕ and it was good. Went up to get a second cup of coffee ☕ for my husband and I. The young lady said they were making fresh. I said, "We will wait for it to brew." But when we received our coffee ☕ my husband was fine but my was so sickly strong. I truly believe that they were brewing the coffee ☕ and stuck the cup under as it was brewing to be able to deliver the coffee ☕ sooner. PLEASE LET THE COFFEE FINISH BREWING BEFORE GETTING THE COFFEE ☕ McDonald's please teach this to your staff.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground for children.

Idk what was wrong with the girl handing out food in the drive through at around 10 am on Sunday the 17th 2024, but she had the most disturbing look on her face that I've ever seen in my life. She never smiled once, and didn't respond to any language we spoke whether it was English or dothraki. She just kind of stared into our eyes as if the cogs in her tiny head had gotten stuck. Fortunately she was able to muster up enough energy in her noodly arms to hand us our food, just not enough energy to smile. And we know you love to see us smile but we love to see that from you too.
