Update: When an order is placed, at the VERY least, you'd expect it brought out. Then they, the manager and the runner, had the audacity to tell me I didn't check in. I showed my phone screen. The receipt was magically found. The manager did not want to give me the receipt and argued with me.

You guys need to check the bags for sauces before handing out an order I did not receive my dipping sauces, which I paid for and I ordered a basket of fries not a large fill the basket up,

I just wanted to share a positive experience I had at this location on 09/29/24 at around 8:20 p.m. I stopped by there on my way home to work and was using a coupon code as well as ordering off of the menu. And as coupon codes often do, things got a bit complicated. So the workers had to figure out how to fix the order and make the code work correctly. And although I briefly held up their line, and caused a bit of extra complications, the workers were really friendly to me the entire time and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Once my food came out it was fresh, and made the way that I had requested. Just a great experience overall. So I don't wanted to just give them a kudos because I think it's easy to underestimate just how hard it can be to work in a fast food job. Yet they made me feel like a valued customer the entire time.
