If I could give it no stars I would. Was in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered yet 5 cars passed me all came after me. I then went to the other drive thru and still no answer but the other drive thru side got helped once I got to the other side. This is one of the worst establishments ever. Do not give them business.

Like about half the mcds I go to, the workers are to lazy or to busy to provide actual table service to their customers even though mcds Corp has it as sn available option on the mcds app. Instead they just yell out the table #s. I'm used to it, but a disabled person may be disappointed

Rude person up front. Needed help with the kiosk acted very rude didn't want to help . Talked back rudely. Not everyone is that way there. One girl was very helpful told me about the app helped me out I really appreciate her I wish I remembered her name.
Served me my sausage, egg and cheese bagel with no sausage in it even though it was on the receipt and no alterations were made when ordering. Not a very welcoming atmosphere either. It's like you're an inconvenience to them (3 cars in line in total)

During the past month I've traveled by bicycle and car from Quebec to Arizona, stopping in dozens of McDonald's restaurants along the way. This was the only one where I felt unwelcome. The staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to deliver our food and to open the restrooms for my husband and me. No smiles. No willingness to engage with us as humans. Awful experience.
