As I ordered the guy on the register called me chuhhh like really lol then forgets to place my order the way I asked no receipt manager was notified (Liz) and was rude I don’t recommend this mcds at allll never going back to this one that’s for shure

Waited 30 minutes outside for them to bring my order out. Finally someone checked on me and went back in the store for 5 minutes and then came out and grilled me for my receipt. I showed my receipt and repeated my order to them. Then 5 minutes later they bring me the wrong order. I went in to correct it and the lady wanted to argue with me. I asked for a refund but no one can do that through the app so I left with no refund and no food. They lied, you cannot get a refund through the app. Worst experience ever at McDonald's.

Decent food with decent service... Almost always a good atmosphere... Size of food and quality keeps going down with prices constantly going up... Which isn't great when you are feeding a large family or group of people... The items ordered weren't listed... But the free double cheeseburger ended up being a green chili cheeseburger. Which was for someone that can't eat spicy food... (Medically ordered) "Always get my/our orders wrong at this location..." Even with small orders... If and when we complain, management side with their employee/s... This has been for a few years now... Not a very good customer friendly service all around... That is why we only visit it out of convenience... Yet you definitely can find diamonds out of the bunch... Those employees provide quality customer service and should be recognized... One can only hope...

I spent have spent a lot of time in line wanting to order ice cream only to find out that the Ice Cream is broken! It has been broken for at least 6 months now and the manager will not fix the machine!

I miss the $1 menu. They are still ok for fast and convenient but, if I'm going to pay this much for food, I'll call ahead and pick up food to go from a restaurant.

I ordered the Big Breakfast with hot cakes on the McDonald’s app, for delivery. It arrived with no hash browns, no butter for the hotcakes, and the biscuit was thrown on top of the eggs, so it was all soggy. The bag was all taped up, so it was not the delivery driver. I called to report it, and I was completely calm and polite. The manager sounded irritated when, in a loud voice, she said, “What? You ordered from Door Dash!?” I attempted to repeat that I had ordered from the app, but she hung up on me and then blocked me! Horrible. If a manger or owner could reach out, I would appreciate it.
