I stopped by today around 8:10, and the girl who took my order was super nice and provided great customer service. However, the guy who handed me my food was very rude. After I told him “thank you,” he stayed quiet and looked away. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive interaction at the start of my visit

The line was long so we opted to run inside. By far the quickest service I’ve ever had at a McD’s. Breakfast sandwiches were a little burnt but can’t complain for how fast they were on a quick stop through.

Let's start out with no one expects mcDonald's to be top restaurant quality food. With that as a starting point I ordered a quarter pounder meal today my burger was cold. Not sitting under the heat lamp cold but sitting on a counter and an air conditioned building cold. This was on a Monday just before noon, not in the middle of the night. I have ate at McDonald's many times for many years and never got a cold hamburger. If you have options pass this one by there are definitely better places down the road

I visited the Mesa grande location this morning between 8 and 8:30. The manager went beyond what was expected. I questioned her about an order I placed on the kiosk. She was so very good at explaining what I was wanting to know without rolling her eyes at me. Believe me, I really appreciate that! She also brought me a sample of a product that I had asked her about. That was so unexpected! Thank you so much!
