Every-time i go here i ask for fresh chicken and i get this stale dried piece of chicken. Even when i request it made to order! Then the person at the window when i ask them if its fresh. They say “yes it is “ the quality’s and service here is the worst one in town. wish i had a better one close to my house. Manager needs to step it up GM obviously has low expectations.

Not sure what is going on today, the crew at this mcdonalds is ussually very friendly and service oriented. But the Crew working this morning on 03/05 need to be coached. There is what appears to be only one individual taking orders. The sodas machines are not being maintained and stocked properly. And the food was burnt. Ordering via the mobile app we expect our order to be available after being confirmed at the front speaker, instead we are being told of sold out items at the final window with no option of refund.
For any Denverites in Las Cruces that care, it's off the first exit on I-25. I mostly just came to this location to marvel over the fact that I had gotten here after entering at the start of a major north-south thoroughfare of Denver. So of course I ordered Nuggets.
