Breakfast was ok but not as fresh as most stores. Staff was friendly but quite loud with personal conversation when not waiting on customers. Not horrible, just not normal for McDonald's.

All the tables were dirty. Not sanitary for a place that serves fast food or not for this. There was a couple at one table I was sitting at another table, no one in drive thru and saw some employees standing behind the counter talking and laughing. I get it, it's 1530 trying to mentally prepare for the dinner rush, there is no one at the tables, if a couple of the team members would go out there, could have been done in about 7 to 10 mins, IF done properly. I use to be a server, so I understand, but, clean up and then talk and laugh so when the rush comes in, CUSTOMERS don't see the messy tables.
I ordered delivery through the app. At 10:25 I was charged and when my dasher arrived the store refused to give them my order. I was charged for 30$ worth of food and got nothing.
I entered with low expectations and the place hit new lows. The lack of customer service was saddening along with the lackadaisical attitude shown by all the staff.

I went to buy ice cream cones for my grandchildren. They were pleasantly surprised to see how big they were. I had to ask the lady at the pick-up window if she could sell me three plastic cups as our drive back home was 30 to 45 minutes away. The young lady smiled at me and handed me the cups for free! Thank you so much.

They then inquired if I wanted to use the app, and I responded with 'nope.' However, another individual, in a somewhat snarky tone, interjected, stating that 'we are closed.'I apologize for not wanting to use the app, but all I ever order is a Diet Coke, and the app feels like overkill for such a simple request.
